Good hotel in a great location. The hotel is just at the west end of Tanuki Koji and is a flat 10 minute walk from Susukino tram and subway station. The hotel has a large dining/common area, kitchen, bar and laundry facilities. There is a mix of private rooms and dormitories. The hotel is secure, the front door is locked at night and you need a card key to operate the elevator and access your room. The breakfast is delicious, the staff friendly and helpful. All information is available in Japanese and English. English spoken.Would stay again.

Stayed in Tatami room.It was a private room for 4 people with a unit bath.It was very nice and clean, and was well kept. There are two washing machines and two dryers in the basement.Unfortunately, there is only an electric kettle in the lobby.I would have liked one in my room if possible, but it would have been nice to have one in the washroom on each floor so I could easily grab a cup of coffee. Also, it would be nice if there was a TV in the private room, even if it was small. The first thing that bothered me was the thinness of the walls. It was quite noisy as I could hear people talking in the room next door.(It got quiet late at night, but I was nervous because I was traveling with a child.)

I booked a dormitory. It was very humid, very smelly, the space was small, and the air conditioner was too hot, set at 18 degrees. There are other people around me, so I don't know if it's okay to mess around...The lounge and bar on the first floor are combined, and there were people at the bar who were having a bar-like atmosphere with the staff. They were banging on the table and making a lot of noise, so I couldn't relax in the lounge at all.It was at a level that required earplugs. The bar staff were also making a noise, and the receptionist didn't seem to be paying attention at all.I still had room left, but I couldn't stand it anymore so I changed to another hotel.

3 people use the guest houseThis is the second time. I don't like bathing with youI had a private tatami room.I was surprised that there was no TV even in the private room.Someone who didn't follow the rules was using the hair dryer at 2 a.m. and it was noisy.Other than that, they will store your luggage early before check-in.The shared kitchen was also clean and nice.

Clean room, good service, good internet. The price was not too expensive since the hotel just opened. We sadly didn’t get to try the bar, but we made ourselves coffee in the morning. The only bothering thing was the noisy shower in the night.Otherwise the price quality ratio was fine.Would recommend!
