This is an old-fashioned room with no shower room. It's spacious and comfortable, but it would be helpful if there was a bedroom (lol) I guess it's for elderly people 😃 Thank you very much for taking the trouble to send me something I forgot.

Unexpectedly, there is a very cost-effective store that sells special edition CHIIKAWA! It’s very important, so I mentioned it three times. It is an old-fashioned but traditional hot spring hotel with very good value for money and the brunch is also very authentic. There are fireworks to watch (the hotel will give you a reminder). Although I don’t know how to turn on the air conditioner in the room, the temperature of Lake Toya is comfortable enough with the windows in the room open. Overall a good hotel. I personally like this kind of authentic traditional Japanese hotel with natural bath. I highly recommend this hotel. But of course it is not suitable if you are looking for brand new or 5-star accommodation. But it's really comfortable and clean here. The tatami really helps you sleep, and their all-natural hot springs are so comfortable that you don't want to wake up. The clerk was also very polite. It was a very unforgettable night here. It's a pity that I didn't take a photo of the room. I like this place very much and hope to come back if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here on a group trip. The hotel itself is quite old.Of course, the same applies to the inside of the hotel and the guest rooms. The bathhouse is also small and you cannot see the fireworks. The sauna is the worst when it's closed. The food was very poor.Anyway, it felt like a disappointing hot spring hotel.

For the price I paid, this hotel is fantastic. As others mentioned, this hotel is outdated, but they kept it clean. We have a great view from the room and can enjoy the fireworks privately. The location is superb. It is right next to the ferry terminal and bus terminal, and right in the center of the shopping street. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They gave me a coupon when I dropped off my luggage before check-in time, which I was able to use for the ferry! The food was DELICIOUS. They accommodated my vegetarian request but they didn't go cheaply on it.This is a great choice if you don't mind the hotel being a bit outdated while having a budget!!

As others have pointed out, the facilities feel old, but it's good to be able to stay at a reasonable cost. Suitable as a base for leisurely enjoying Lake Toya, or as a quiet retreat. The room faces the lake and offers a panoramic view of the lake, Nakajima and Ezo Fuji. The fireworks start in front of the hotel, so you can see most of the first half. The food was not luxurious, but I felt it was good value for money.
