Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Staff are very nice, the rooms are very unique, mixed with Japanese and European style. The hotel is quite close to JR Sapporo station so you can go to a different city easily. The hotel is also pretty new compared to other hotels. If you exit the hotel and turn left 2 times, then walk on a straight line, you can find a variety of seafood restaurants that are local and cheap. There is also a bar with snacks and drinks. The buffet for the breakfast has foods from Japanese to western. Note: if you are bored and want to talk to someone, there are a several English speaking staff. During breakfast: Anthony the French guy. At the reception : Isaac. Nice guy to ask for drinks tat the bar: Kigaki

This is a kind of a boutique hotel, so the hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, bar, and room are all beautifully decorated and well equipped and clean. It's a little far from the main street Susukino, so the surroundings are quiet. …

This is a kind of a boutique hotel, so the hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, bar, and room are all beautifully decorated and well equipped and clean. It's a little far from the main street Susukino, so the surroundings are quiet. I used a taxi to get to the main street and it cost around 1,000 yen. The hotel staff was professional and friendly as well. The drinks at the bar on the 1st floor were delicious, and the breakfast at the restaurant on the 1st floor was very good. I liked it because there was a variety of Japanese menus for breakfast. It was very impressive that the manager (male, French) went around and greeted the guests at breakfast time. There is a shopping mall called Sapporo factory in front of the hotel, so it's easy to buy simple things.

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights from September 29th to October 4th, and it felt good. What should be affirmed most is the hotel's service, which is more outstanding than the hardware. …

No air conditioning in the room, you have provided a movable cool air in the room but no helping and it was so noisy. The blanket is quite thick. I asked a thinner blanket but the quality is bad and small without a cover. …
