I stayed overnight to see the autumn leaves! A stink bug appears in the room. I was fine with it because I was working in the mountains, but it was a big meal (lol). The people working there are all very nice people, but I would like them to make a little more effort into the food. It's almost possible to eat lentils (^-^; There were a lot of people from overseas, so I wish they would have spent a little more money on the meal! Sorry for being so bossy (/o\)

・Difficult to understand when day trip bathing is possibleThe time slot for day trips changes depending on the season,When it is crowded, there will be no immediate guidance. You will have to wait about an hour. The person at the reception was very particular about the information on the homepage. The main homepage is very difficult to see.・Poor response from reception staffAs many other people have written, the receptionist's response is the worst. If you make it clear that you are busyI don't think I'm cut out for customer service. If you can't handle it, you can use automatic reception.I think there are many ways to do it.・Distance of parking lotParking is very far away for day trips only.If you're going to make this much of a difference, I think it's better not to take day-trip baths at all.

I stayed here on the first day of a 3-day holiday. Most of the guests were Koreans and Chinese. Manners in the bathroom were not very good.・There was trash in the room and although it was small, there were spider webs. It can't be helped that it's old, but these points are disappointing.・When taking a bath, you have to go down the stairs to get to the bath entrance, and you also have to go down the stairs to go through the changing room and into the bath, so I thought it would be difficult for the elderly. The bath itself was nice, with a beautiful sauna and chairs outside.・The food was very delicious. We also had curry and ramen, and it was fun to try a variety of different foods during our short trip to Hokkaido.

I had not heard in advance that there would be a shuttle to the second parking lot.The shuttle bus clearly seemed irritated as I was having a hard time packing my luggage with an infant in tow.The driver closed the bus door with all his might, which was very dangerous and the child was shocked. How is his attitude and behavior when dealing with customers?
