Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel offers great variety. There is also the option to make your own cotton candy during dinner.

Stayed for two nights. Breakfast and dinner are both buffet style, so you can take what you like and how much you like to eat, it also includes soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner menu are slightly different (personally wanted more local-specialised course dinner, but the buffet was also quite satisfying). The onsen is fine, they have two saunas and three different baths. You don’t have the great nature view because it’s in the city but the experience was great. On top of that, they have free ice candy 🍭, cold water and haskap water after the bath which I really enjoyed:)

We came in just for the Onsen experience, which was fantastic. Fully equipped and clean showers, changing room. Also has a fairly large relaxation room where you can get a water/iceblocks. There are of course also vending machines for other drinks/alcohol.We arrived at about 1800 and it was very quiet, at one point we had the entire facility to ourselves before the crowd started picking up at around 1930 after dinner. The outdoor onsen was fantastic (especially in cold weather), and there are also individual spas/baths, as well as the standard indoor one as well as a "milk" spa.Highly recommended

No English speaking staff available. Younger staffs assistance was better due to easier communication. Food is not as great as expected however the onsen water was great. Stayed for 5 days and my skin was much softer. …

Did not sleep here, but did a day trip to the onsen. Onsen opens 13:30. The price is 1300 yen, includes large and small towel that get returned in a bin in the onsen. You walk into the "pre/after area" (leave your shoes to shoe rack) where there is Water and seasonal Juice + ice cream for free. This space has nice view to outside. Then you get to Onsen there are 2 pools outside, but no real view, but on rainy day it rains through really nicely. 1 "steam" sauna has nice smell and 1 dry sauna, is towards finish sauna, but no throwing water and has tv in it. Cooling pool is about 20c. The milky pool was the best thing here and enjoyed it.

Located about 30min streetcar ride away from Hakodate station. I really liked this place, even the typhoon didn't matter while I was in here. Room was big and clean and seemed quite new. …

It is a relatively new hotel in Hakodate. All the facilities and things in the rooms are new and stylish. When u step into the room, all the things are well displayed, e.g. drawers are half opened to show u where is yukata and safe. …

Loved the whole experience; a great deal on the room, awesome onsen and decent location. Slightly strange check in staff, but a great place all of the same. Had a wonderful view from our balcony. Definitely recommended for family trips and business
