I previously stayed in a room on the top floor, but even though it was a Tsuruga resort, the TV remote control was a general purpose model and was defective and could not be operated, so I had it replaced with a genuine remote control...If that's the case, why didn't they install a genuine remote control from the beginning? It's a shame since it's Tsuruga Resort. Also, I felt it was strange that the only payment methods in this Reiwa era were cash and credit cards.I would like you to consider introducing cashless payments.

It is located in a virgin forest a little far from Abashiri city. When we arrived by car, we were guided to the driveway, and a staff member flew out to help us unload our luggage.Although the building and guest rooms are not new, you can feel the uniqueness of Hokkaido in every corner without being too folk art-like, making it very comfortable. There were many ways to enjoy the dinner and breakfast buffets. There was a small open-air bath in the large public bath, which was very pleasant.I think I will use it again if I ever visit Abashiri again.

Being a Tsuruga Resort, it was a stable accommodation with very high quality rooms and staff.I think the location is not bad and it's easy to get to.The building and furniture were wonderful, and the chairs in the audio room were also nice. However, the buffet was disappointing.I couldn't see any regional characteristics at all, and the product lineup didn't look like Hokkaido at all. Considering the location, that level may be fine, but compared to other Tsuruga resorts, the quality of the food was much lower than that of a business hotel. It was a shame, as everything else was good.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted very kindly and helped with luggage, parking, front desk staff, etc. Everything was great. When we got to the room, it was a bit small, and the sink was in a strange design next to the bed. The amount of water in the bathroom is very small, and the interior of the room feels a bit dated, but it is still clean. As soon as I left the room at dinner time, the smell of cooking fumes was very strong. The dinner buffet style dishes are amazing. The food was very filling and the environment was great. When checking out, both the front desk and the lobby staff are not as friendly as when checking in. They just say bye to you directly. There is a big difference.

The room also has an open-air bath, and the bed is comfortable and satisfying. This time I had a buffet, but it was not good enough. However, the course looks promising.

A gorgeous property, full of wood decor and carvings. Called property to pick-up from Abashiri Stn. To best enjoy the tranquility and facilities, do stay a minimum of 2nights. We stayed 3 and a complimentary serving of crabs, botan shrimps, sashimi was served. Very fresh Hokkaido ingredients at meal times. However, most cooked food were done by foreigners and therefore not authentic. Hotel does provide transportation to/from major sightseeing spots. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Just buy detergent from reception at Y55. Booked direct on hotel website for best deal. Totally enjoyed our stay. Everything met our needs to make stay comfortable and relaxing. Would love to visit again.

I stayed in the old room.Selected as the last inn of our Hokkaido trip. The rooms are spacious and have good facilities. You can also use the built-in open-air bath as much as you like.At other hotels we stayed at on the way, the course meals were only served slowly, but when we requested them to be served quickly, they responded immediately. The location is also relatively close to Memanbetsu Airport, about 30 minutes by car.I stayed at three hotels during my trip, but this was the best.

This is a hotel affiliated with the Tsuruga Group. The staff's response is good. The inside of the hotel is advertised as a resort hotel, and the space is spacious and comfortable. You can feel the Hokkaido feel in the interior and facilities that blend Ainu culture. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. As for the food, it's buffet style, but it's not bad at all.
