When I headed to the hotel restaurant, I was stunned to find a large group of customers wearing the same sweatshirts waiting to enter. When I asked the receptionist what time it was, she said, ``It's 8:30, but that's all you need, students.''The students on the school trip are on the left side of the restaurant. There are probably about 200 people. There was also a long line for the buffet. There was no room for salad, so I took that and ordered shuhai.I also had a salad and shochu high, so the line was finally getting shorter, so I went to get some side dishes.I don't understand paying 5,500 JPY for this.I would like to be separated from group customers.

I made a same-day reservation, but was able to stay. The room was spacious with 4 beds. There is also a shower room (although I didn't use it).It was very inconvenient to wear yukata slippers only when going to and from the hot springs.Even at the game center, I had to wear my casual clothes. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and the kids seemed to have fun because they could make their own hot sandwiches and pancakes! There was only one indoor bath and one outdoor bath, which was a waste even though the washing area and changing area were spacious. There are many guest rooms, but this is the only bathroom? That's what it felt like.

The location is excellent. However, the interior of the hotel is quite old, and the walls are thin, so you can hear conversations from people in the next room, which may be a concern for sensitive people. Also, the customer service seemed to be lacking in energy.

Old school traditional hotel, dated luxury, but still functioning and a sense of grandeur. Restaurant looks impressive, food not so.

When I woke up during Golden Week and looked out the window, I saw a sea of clouds over Lake Kussharo. The breakfast was delicious and I would like to use it again.
