I really wish we could've stayed longer! My family and I booked an one night stay with dinner and breakfast included. It was so pleasant we wished we had booked another night.Location: It's a perfect location to explore Jozankei. Walking distance to Tsukimibashi, Jozankei Gensen Park, Futamitsuri Bridge, they also offer free shuttle bus from and to Sapporo. We drove and parked across the street at their free parking lotRooms: The rooms are spacious! We had a private onsen in the room which was very niceFacility: My personal favorite was the lounge, which offered snacks and drinks at different times of the day. In the evening, there's alcoholic drinks and snacks until 11:00PM. What's better than relaxing at the lounge after a hot bath in your bath robe?Food: Our Japanese dinner was perfect. They'll ask you to reserve a time upon check in. It's so cute they prepared a whole set meal for my 9 year old as well so he can enjoy the whole experience with us. Breakfast was okay - we didn't get the time we wanted for the restaurant we wanted to try, so we chose the one with the buffet, the choices were a bit limited.Overall: It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.PS. The shop has the most delicious chocolates! Do try them :)

Booked two rooms, one room costs NT$14,000 including breakfast and dinner. The food is terrible! ! ! ! Not a piece of beefThe sashimi is also bad fish😂There are only two pieces of shiitake mushrooms and a few pieces of rotten salmon in the hot pot. This is the worst hot spring hotel I have ever stayed inHis eggplant can't be chewed at allNot even a shrimpVery bad dinner….extremely disappointingHere are three photos: dinner + a bowl of rice + a bowl of miso soup. I was too lazy to take pictures of the rice and miso soup 😂😂What a terrible mealIt takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearby convenience store

I visited Jozankei Yurakusoan last year and am writing a comparison review.Advantages of this place1. The meal course feels more substantial and the restaurant is more luxurious.2. You can chat and drink alcohol as much as you like in the lounge on the second floor. If you tend to talk a lot with the people you travel with, this is quite an advantage.disadvantage1. It was remodeled, but not entirely, so traces of time are visible here and there.1-1. The bed was so old that the center of the mat was bent.1-2. There was a room with a bathtub, but the pump operation switch that circulated the water was broken, so the water in the bathtub was cold.2. Clogs in each room? I have the same one, but I left it in a state where all the water didn't drain. When I put my shoes on, water comes out.Other than that, the service is friendly. If you are not a group of three or more or are concerned about facilities, this is not recommended.

The food, the room, and the hot springs were great. In particular, the food was made with great care, right down to the plates, and I enjoyed it not only by taste but also by sight.I used to go there with my husband and wife, but they don't allow preschoolers, so when my kids are older, I'd like to come back with my husband during the fall foliage season to relax at the inn.

Many of the staff are foreigners. Most of the people were polite and kind. There is a beer server (Sapporo Classic) in the lounge after 19:00. Depending on the time, the food changes to sweets, bread, Inari sushi, etc., but the taste is very professional. Everything was seriously delicious.Starting in September, there was also an extremely fashionable bookstore, so I never got bored.

It was a ryokan where you could relax comfortably. The hot spring water contains sodium and is said to be a blend of three source waters. You can use the open-air bath on the 7th floor by making a reservation. Dinner kaiseki focuses on seafood, and breakfast is a simple half buffet. You can visit the Luminary on the nearby river at 8 p.m., but it's not really worth seeing. The sweet red bean monaka at the concession stand is delicious. There are hairy crabs in the tank in front of the restaurant.
