[Top quality hot springs, 24-hour bathing with free-flowing source water, metasilicic acid 200, 2nd highest acidic spring in Japan] I visited for the purpose of hot spring therapy, and my condition visibly improved. First of all, the hot water is fresh and wonderful. The restaurant run at the inn is also good. Bagna cauda, duck shabu, boat-shaped mushroom pizza, imoni...all of them are delicious and go well with alcohol. Above all, the staff are friendly and kind. The facility is not new, and even considering that there is no elevator and the washroom and toilet are shared, the toilet is a washlet, Wi-Fi is available, the bath is excellent, the food is delicious, and I can come again and again. I thought it was an inn I would like to stay at again.

This is a hot spring inn located in Zao Onsenkyo. There are about 10 parking spaces next to the building. This time I stayed overnight without meals. There is a shared refrigerator in the free space in the dining area on the first floor. The chilled barley tea in the refrigerator is free of charge. There is also a coffee corner and a game corner. You can use the restaurant without making a reservation, but since it is a one-off operation, those who have not made a reservation may have to wait quite a while. There are Zao Genghis Khan and ramen restaurants nearby. The bathhouse is open 24 hours a day and is located down the stairs from the 2nd floor passage. There are changing baskets in the changing area. The washing area is equipped with shampoo and body soap. The hot springs are temperature-controlled, water is added, and the water is fed directly from the source. The hot water is slightly cloudy and has a sulfur smell and sour taste. The temperature of the water feels like 44 degrees Celsius. The bathtub accommodates about 3 people, and the washing area has a slatted surface. This hot spring was the reason why I chose this hotel this time, and I was able to fully enjoy bathing in a hot spring that was just as good as I had imagined. It is a comfortable hot spring inn where you can bring your own food and drinks in the free space.

They welcomed me warmly. The customer service is also great. Nice smile ☺️ I ate here in the evening and morning after reading reviews that the food was delicious. It was really delicious. I was also able to try Yamagata's specialties, imoni and Yamagata dashi. The next morning would be rainy and the temperature would drop, so I was prepared for it to be cold, but I guess the building was old but well-built. I was able to sleep comfortably and warmly. If you are planning to stay here, we recommend eating at the amazing house inside Lodge Sugano.

It says it will close once in 2024.The owner changed hands and reopened in the same year.A guesthouse with a hot spring that is old as a facility.Since it is Zao, the quality of the hot spring water is the same as that of an outdoor bath. The room is spacious and has a bed. Comes with a unit bath and toilet. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a shared refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pot, etc. in the dining room. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, so maybe I could borrow it?The quality of the food is very high. The ★5 for service includes that. The owner is a restaurant business in Yamagata Zao, and dinner is served at a Western-style izakaya. I will post it separately, but the quality is really high.Focusing on local sake and food from Yamagata, they offer quality and quantity comparable to what you would find in a city. No, this is usually cheap, right? It's morning in the morning, so I guess there's a trade-off with that.High quality imoni...I can't force myself to ski anymore. Also, the rest area next to the cafeteria is also very nice...A fireplace...Something like a comfortable wooden chair...The coffee I drink here...the nap...the happiness...It's a must to repeat next year.

The building was old and the futons were clunky, but the food was delicious! The pasteurization of the roast beef is especially exquisite. The staff were also friendly and fun.I wonder if it's suitable for solo skiing or training camps with men.Well, it's just my personal opinion ^_^

First stay in over ten years. A short walk to the middle of the Nakamori slope. The hot springs and food are the best. Yamagata beef in particular is melt-in-your-mouth. Previously, the owner was still alive and we enjoyed restaurant-quality food. The proprietress' cooking is simple but polite and I like it. The building is old, but the toilet in the room is comfortable with a washlet. It was a great deal with the nationwide discount.

The building is old, but the food and hospitality are very good! ️The homely atmosphere is best 🙆There is also a hot spring, so you can take a bath anytime♨️If you go to Zao, I would definitely like to visit.
