Used on business trips. When I arrived at the hotel, I felt very uncomfortable as none of the staff paid any attention to Chinese customers skipping the reception line. The male staff at the reception looked like they were bothering me the entire time, and the location of the amenities was explained to me randomly, so I didn't even know where they were.I was shown the ticket machine where the receipt and card key came out and was told, ``Please take the various items that come out of there,'' which I thought was an outrageous response from a hotel receptionist. The display on the ticket machine says that all the touch pens used to sign signatures have been sterilized, but is the touch pen given oily? It was so slimy that it didn't seem like it had been disinfected or anything, which made me feel uncomfortable. This is the first time I've ever felt so uncomfortable just because of the reception at the front desk.My expectations were greatly disappointed as there were many highly rated reviews.Maybe the male staff member who dealt with me wasn't very nice? After my stay, I looked at other low-rating reviews and saw that some people had said the same thing, so I regretted that I should have researched it beforehand. There are several hotels nearby, so I think it would be better to choose another hotel.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helped me find my luggage. The room was very clean and I would like to stay at this hotel next time I come to Sendai. The staff member was very patient and I was able to solve the problem, I returned to my package, and I went back to work, and when I came back to Sendai, I was selected to go to this hotel.

It is close to Sendai Station, and if you walk hard enough, you can go to downtown areas such as Kokubuncho. There is also a subway station nearby, so getting around Sendai is convenient. The room was clean, and the low-key high-tech technology allows you to turn the air conditioner and lights on and off, set alarms, and adjust the air conditioner using a tablet next to the bed.

Pretty good hotel. Good location, new equipment, friendly service staffThe only thing is that there is a smell in the toilet at the beginning of every day (probably coming from the toilet). But it disappeared after I started using it.

This was my first time staying here, and it's new, and although the location is within walking distance to Sendai Station, the surrounding area is quiet. It was very good. The front staff was also kind. We picked up our amenities at the lobby, and when we checked out, we received whatever we wanted from candy, ramune, umaka sticks, etc. The bed was neither too hard nor too soft, and my lower back always hurts when I wake up in the morning, but this morning it didn't hurt! ️I think I'll make this my regular lodging next time.

The hotel offers excellent value for the money. The service is impressive, with special activities and decorations during Halloween. The rooms are spotless and come with great amenities, including a tablet to control the lights and air conditioning. The TV supports Airplay and YouTube, and the internet speed is fast. The room size is spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels, and the bathroom is large and well-designed. There’s also a Starbucks coffee maker on the second floor, which adds to the convenience.Although the hotel isn’t right next to Sendai Station, it’s within walking distance, and Aobadori Station is just one stop away.

I stayed here for one night in a twin room with a friend during a concert in Sendai. The building and the room were clean and very comfortable, and the best part was that it had a separate bathroom!I was grateful to be able to take a relaxing soak in the bathtub and heal the fatigue of my trip. There was also a ministop nearby which was convenient. I would definitely like to use it again.
