I stayed here for one night with my family. Access is not a problem as it is close to Sendai's main station.Check-in and check-out were also done by machines, so I have no complaints. The room was quiet and the toilet was new and clean. It was cheap, so I think it's a fine hotel if you just want to sleep.Below are the negative points.・There were not enough coin laundry facilities for each guest room, resulting in waiting time.・The sheets on the bed were dirty and probably hadn't been washed. I went to bed with a bad feeling・It was difficult to adjust the air conditioner because it was old.・There was no partition between the washroom, bathroom, and bedroom, so when changing clothes, the floor plan was different. I think it would be good if there was at least some consideration such as noren curtains.・I don't really care about dust, but there was still dust in noticeable places.

In September 2014, I used the back room on the 1st floor with a pet-friendly plan. The location is not bad, the staff at the counter were very helpful, and most of all, I am very grateful that this is a business hotel that allows pets. There was also a service where you could read manga, and the bathroom was clean. There is no affiliated parking lot, but there is a coin parking in front of the hotel and there are many restaurants within a short walk, which was convenient for sightseeing in Sendai.However...the smell in the room was too strong...From the moment I entered the room, I could smell a beastly odor, and I thought it was from the air conditioner or air purifier, so I opened the window to ventilate the room, but the smell still didn't go away, and it was probably stained to the carpet. I guess there are...When I looked closely, I noticed that there was a type of deodorant placed both in the room and at the entrance. There was also a spray-type deodorizer, but even after sprinkling it all over the floor, I couldn't get rid of the smell, so I ended up leaving the windows open and sleeping with a mask on.I would be satisfied if there was no smell, but the smell was so strong that I had a hard time staying there.

There were two people in one room, but there were only toiletries, slippers, and loungewear for one person, so if you needed them, you would have to go to the front desk to get them. However, the front desk also says ``For those staying multiple nights'', so it is difficult to get a reservation at first. By the way, there is no direct phone number for the front desk. Also, toilet paper runs out quickly and you have to go to the front desk to get spares.EVs are so crowded that I can't ride them at all between 9am and 10am when I check out in the morning. My room was on the middle floor and I had a carry-on bag, but there were no stairs, so I waited for over 15 minutes before finally letting one person in. Many people from other floors were also lining up.I don't even know if the tap water in the wash basin on the bus is drinking water. Bath towels and loungewear were scattered in the hallway, and I didn't know if they were being cleaned, which made it uncomfortable.

It was 5,800 yen for one night on Friday, which was cheap or bad lol As the reviews say, it smells bad, the floor is dirty, and the hallway smells like pets? It's my first time in a hotel that smells like that lolMaybe the cheaper rooms are on the third floor, so maybe that's why they're smelly and run down.

It's a bit of a walk from Sendai Station, but it's about 5 minutes from the Aoba-dori subway station. We strolled through the shopping arcade from Sendai Station. There are various stores so it wasn't too difficult. You can easily check in using the touch panel and return home without any hesitation. There are also several convenience stores nearby. The bath and toilet were separate. The bed was also a twin, but the size was good and I was satisfied. There was some damage to the table, but I don't think there is any problem.

I won't recommend this hotel. It smells bad, so are the towels, furniture are damaged, and I saw an ant crawling on the bed. Out of desperation, I book this hotel, but frankly I would rather sleep elsewhere. Be careful.
