The water shabu-shabu was delicious. I was happy to be able to enjoy the night view of the port. We were able to have breakfast early to accommodate the ferry and train.

There was no pick-up, I had to carry my luggage by myself, there was no room guidance, and there was no typical Hokkaido breakfast. Full of pain. The carpet in the room is clean, and when you go into the bathroom, the soles of your feet are so dirty that you can leave footprints on them. It's a shame because the view from the room is good.

We recommend choosing a room on a high floor facing the sea. You can enjoy the sunrise and the dome.

I will recommend friends to this Hotel. Good Service, Clean rooms, Nice view and also good location. Direct Bus from Wakkanai Airport to the door step. You could see Deer’s family chilling around the Hotel area.I check-in for one night and request deposit baggage service for Recheck-in 2 days later. Hotel arranged and even bring our baggages to the room when returning for Recheck-in.Communication isn’t a problem with the help of language translate apps.

Stayed in a twin room with a sea view on the 10th floorFor some reason, the light didn't reach only the front of our room, so it was dark...When we entered the room, there was a smell and I was a little disappointed.Call the front desk and ask them to bring you an air purifier. The next day was early in the morning, so all I really wanted to do was sleep, so I thought it would have been better to stay somewhere cheaper, but when I saw the sunrise, I realized that this hotel was worth it.The location is good, and I didn't have any trouble finding restaurants if I researched them in advance. The room is spacious and I can't say anything about it, but it's a shame that the shower is difficult to use and the water pressure is weak.

Booked through their website for 43m Japanese room for 4 adults. They have only 2 such rooms and are located on 2nd floor. No other rooms on this floor so it’s very quiet. We chose this hotel as airport bus stops here and it’s walkable to station, ferry terminal and North Breakwater Dome. We included breakfast and dinner in our package. Both were authentic (prepared by Japanese chefs and not employing foreigners)except that the crabs were of low quality. Perhaps for cost budget. Most patrons will pile their plates with only crabs. Why not serve higher quality ones but limit the serving to 2 pcs per person? BBQ beef was of good quality and very tasty. The restaurant sells Haskap Jam which I highly recommend to get. It’s good for eye health.

I was concerned about the smell in the room, so I contacted the front desk, and they immediately brought an air purifier, which I was very grateful for. I had the dinner buffet. The sashimi felt dry and I was very disappointed. Also, the waiter put the plates down one after another without saying a word. The things that still remained were being thrown away one after another. I couldn't eat in peace. I understand that you want to clean up quickly, but it was unpleasant. It's a shame as it was a nice hotel.
