Stayed on Friday, May 31st, 2024 Check-out scheduled for June 1stI couldn't stand the noisy group and left before 11pm.If you have time, have children, or have experience staying at a business hotel or resort hotel, try making a different reservation! Please read this as a warning to those who think so.The staff and the people I interact with who appear to be the person in charge are very polite.Check-in at 17:00 with a preschoolerA tall male staff member who was also a cafe employee was polite and easy to understand, giving me a good impression.I went out once, ate dinner, returned around 7:00pm, took a bath and went to bed at 9:00pm.Around 22:00, another group seemed to have entered the room and I could hear the sound of the card key clicking. The problem comes after this.22:20, yet another group...There is no security sound or card key, so it keeps beeping for a while. They entered the building after about 10 minutes.(I wondered if I should help them, since I couldn't find a place to stay and there were children, but I couldn't do anything.)One young woman: “There’s no one there!”A loud voice that could be clearly heard even from inside the room said, ``I thought I broke that machine!''Two young men can be heard saying, “But there was a car.”At this point, it was a bit noisy, and it seemed like it wasn't just because they didn't understand the key system. There are slippers available in the guest area on the second floor for guests to change into, but many people keep walking past the room, clearly with no shoes on.Unexpectedly, my child asked me to use the restroom, so when I came out of the room, our eyes met and I said good evening, but he ignored me. I also visually checked the shoes. When I returned from the bathroom and went to my room, I could hear footsteps coming and going, and my voice was still loud."Eh! The room is spacious!" "It's beautiful!"Almost all the voices were female. Finally, my child started to get scared (even adults felt anxious), so I called the contact center, explained the situation, and left at 10:50 p.m.I read on a reservation site that 3 out of 4 rooms were in the same group and the remaining room was booked by a person who had a disappointing experience, but I don't think I would normally have to deal with such a disappointing experience. I chose a non-overnight stay and had the unprecedented experience of leaving after only 5 hours. The man answering the phone was helpless and apologetic, so I wasn't particularly dissatisfied with the service or facilities, but I was surprised at how terrible the customer base was.The male staff member I spoke to on the phone also said that the group appeared to be drunk when they inquired about the keys. There were warnings on the website regarding soundproofing, so I expected that to a certain extent, but I was very surprised as I had never met anyone who behaved so badly. When I went to the convenience store right next to the building after leaving, there was a parking lot in front of the building, but since I parked my car in the parking lot of the convenience store, I guess I was just unlucky, or maybe I was more likely to hit someone unlucky. That's what I thought. If you are interested, please look for reviews on the reservation site and take a look.Loud voices are a personal issue, but isn't there something that can be done about wearing shoes? I feel that.I didn't want to use the cafe because I was worried about staying overnight, but the staff was kind, so I would like to use the cafe if I ever happen to be nearby.I think all four rooms are a place where groups can be kept in a relaxed atmosphere without worrying about the volume of voices. If this is not the case, I think it can be used without any problems if the two people are concerned about the volume of their voices and the sound of their footsteps.
