This is a great accommodation experience. I took my family to Kyoto for a free trip for the first time. I originally booked a machiya with other room types on booking, but my arrival was delayed due to a typhoon in August 2023. I contacted the hotel in advance, but the original The room type is no longer available for reservation. Thank you very much for your immediate offer to reserve other room types. We do not regret the choice of this one, but like it even more! The free one-way luggage delivery service saved us a lot of time, a great experience!However, it is recommended to turn on the air conditioner for customers in summer, otherwise it will be too cold🥹Thank you, my family has been back to Taiwan for a month and I still miss this accommodation experience ❤️

Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it. The staff were lovely and very helpful on check in too. The Machiya was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable (we opted for the western bed). The bath and double shower in the massive and gorgeous wetroom were incredible after staying in small hotel rooms for weeks, it felt so luxurious having so much space and such a deep bath. It’s also a relatively short walk to Kyoto station which was very useful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a unique and luxury stay in Kyoto!

I used it for 2 nights. I checked in late, but they were able to accommodate me and it was helpful. It's relatively close to Kyoto Station, and there was a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so I was able to go shopping quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable. If you pay in advance by card, you have to register with PayPal, and the URL of the first PayPal payment information email was displayed in English, which was difficult. After registering in the Japanese version, I was able to click on the URL, but in the end, the security of the card seemed to be strict, so after making inquiries, I was able to make the payment.

It was conveniently accessible, about a 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station, and supermarkets and convenience stores were within walking distance. I was able to cook my own meals in the kitchen and use a projector, so I had a fulfilling trip. thank you very much.

It was a very new and clean place and it was nice to have tableware and cooking utensils.The price was good as it was 10,000 yen for 6 people staying.

Anyway, I'm happy that the interior of the building has just been completed! There is an air dryer in the bedroom and items that can be dried indoors...! Wine glasses and a dedicated refrigerator? I was surprised that there was! !The children were very happy and said they would like to stay in other machiya houses as well (*^^*) Thank you so much! !

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.It was very comfortable and had plenty of amenities and facilities. I was especially excited because the kitchen looked like a Japanese restaurant.After arriving at the counter early, my luggage was delivered, and when I arrived at the room, the air conditioning was on, which I was grateful for because it was very cool even though I had come from outside.I want to use it again.
