An inn along the river. I stayed with my family and my pet. Customer service ◎ Cleanliness ◎ It's a little disappointing that the pet-friendly area is only in the guest rooms, but it was comfortable with supplies such as tableware, toilet sheets, large cages, and toilet bags. Also, there are stairs right next to the room that lead to the riverside path, so it was comfortable to take a walk. The dinner was a hearty course of fish, meat, and vegetables, and in the morning, I was very satisfied with the half-buffet with a flower basket. I would like to visit you again.

I used it for my father's birthday celebration. The inside of the hotel is clean and the staff's customer service is very good. There are beautiful fresh flowers arranged everywhere. When you check in, please leave your luggage with us.He will carry you to your room.During that time, they serve matcha and yokan, and apple juice for children.I chose a room without a bath, but I could see the Chikugo River from the large window of the room. It was great. There is a large public bath on the first floor and an open-air bath on the fourth floor.Men and women alternate daily. If you take a bath at night and in the morning, you can bathe in both. The open-air bath is small, but if you go when it's empty, it's ○.The food is also very delicious. I'm full. The children's lunch was also luxurious.Since we had told them that it was a celebration of Kishou, they also prepared a dessert plate with a message on it, a purple chanchan hat, and even had a photo taken with them. You can put your photo in a photo frame and receive it as a gift on your way home. This time I used it as a late check-in at 5pm and check-out at 11am.Since my time was different from that of other customers, I was able to take my time in the bathroom.I would definitely use it again.

This was my first time staying here, and I was looking forward to it because of the good reviews. Before I went to my room, I was able to pack up my luggage and carry it to my room, and while I was waiting, I was able to enjoy matcha and yokan. When you go outside, there is a footbath, and in front of you is a neatly mowed lawn and a river bank. There were play equipment available for rent, and the children of other guests were having fun playing with it.The room was very clean, and it was very hot for September, so it was difficult to control the temperature because my 99-year-old grandmother and my mother, who have different body temperatures, were with us, but there were two fans in the room, so I was sensitive to heat. After taking a bath, I occupied it and took in the breeze. The open-air bath attached to the room had a nice view and I was able to soak in the hot spring comfortably. The visibility was a little too wide and I was concerned about children playing below and cars in the opposite lane. ←This is the only thing that caught my attention.I stayed in a room called Yufu on the 6th floor, and I was able to have a leisurely dinner in my room since it was possible to eat in the room for up to 4 people. All of the dishes were delicious, but since I was able to order a la carte additional dishes, I ordered fried chicken and kuoyaki. These two go well with rice! It was the right thing to ask.I couldn't see the terrestrial digital TV on the TV in my room, so I thought it would be a bad idea to call for something like this, so I asked for it during dinner, but the two of us tried various things and were able to watch it without any problems. We also heard that the president of the inn occasionally puts on fireworks for the guests, so we went to the riverbank in front of us and watched the fireworks for about 5 minutes. There were only about seven people, so we had a very relaxed and relaxing time watching the fireworks.Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor and includes a set meal and a self-made buffet of bread. The breakfast provided was quite large, but I couldn't help but eat it.When we checked out, they put our luggage on a trolley and carried it to our car, and several people came to see us off, and we were treated with great hospitality until the very end!I wrote this for a long time, but it was a ryokan that I would like to visit again in different seasons!
