The room was on the second floor.Although it's far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, it faces a street with a lot of cars, so it's noisy from outside, and the walls are thin so you can hear sounds from the next room. When I asked to exchange rooms, I was surprised to be told that it was possible for a fee. Although the room was very clean, I was not satisfied with the staff's behavior. The location is not good, far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, but the rooms on the lower floors are very noisy from the outside. When I asked to change rooms, the staff said it was possible for a fee, which was very dissatisfying.

The hotel is overall neat and clean. Please note that it will only be cleaned every 3 days or so, but new towels will be provided and the trash cans will be emptied every day. Depending on everyone's acceptance, we think it's OK. The room is very big for Japan, and it's not very quiet. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had obvious red wine stains, it looked like a previous guest was drunk. The only thing that needs improvement is the staff. They are all very friendly, but the answers given by each one are different. If you ask if it's OK today, tomorrow the other person will say no.

Ha~ I'm staying right now. Not really soundproof. I can hear people talking and laughing in the room next door, I can hear the sliding door opening and closing, I can hear everyone making noises, and really, there's a lot of dust on the window frames. I already knew about carpets, but the more I do this, the more dust I have to clean, right? There is a lot of pink mold stains in the bathroom. I came with the baby and had to give him a bath, so I just cleaned him with the disposable scrubber I brought. First of all, the crunching sound was so annoying. The room is just like the picture. Other than that, there are too many other shortcomings. I will definitely go to a different hotel when I visit Fukuoka again.

The environment is clean and the room is comfortable. The recommended number of people to stay is 2 adults or children. If you stay 3 adults, it will be a little crowded and you won't be able to open your suitcase often. Service was generally good but communication was poor and not even willing to assist in resolving issues, very disappointingStayed with family for 4 nights and provided one visit to tidy up the room. As soon as I checked in, I arranged the date and time with the front desk staff. However, I did not enter the room to clean up the room on the cleaning day. I returned to the hotel around 9:30-10 pm. I went downstairs and asked the front desk staff and I couldn't get an answer as to why the room was not cleaned up. The answer is that due to language issues, even using translation software still cannot solve the problem.I can't understand someone who doesn't understand English. I can't understand someone who just typed and translated without saying a word. He didn't even offer any help. He didn't even say "wait" or "sorry" and made people stand in front of him and wait for 5-10 minutes just to wait for the counter staff to type and translate. It’s just to get the answer in who knows when, instead of actively dealing with the problem.Maybe it was just about to hand over the shift at that time, and I encountered an employee who was about to get off work. I didn't feel any sincerity in helping. There was no apology or thank you from the beginning to the end. I even only got one sentence when I asked what can you do for me now. panicked no. Finally, he took the initiative to ask for some supplies and asked employees to go upstairs and collect the garbage at the door. He even asked for mineral water and said that it would not be provided until early the next morning. The counter staff asked again about coming in for cleaning tomorrow, but they refused now. The staff still came in to clean the next day, which made me feel very speechless and had a bad feeling. Personal belongings have been put away on the expected cleaning day and no one will come to clean. I have refused to clean but still go inside to tidy up. It is very uncomfortable to touch personal belongings on the bed. Even after I left, I didn’t receive any explanation or apology.

Close to the metro, this hotel is convenient. The room is small but functional. The buffet breakfast is very good. The dishes offered are varied (Japanese or Western) with fresh ingredients. Very good value for money.

I went with my family of 4. I thought the room would be a little small for 4 people, but I think it's spacious enough for just sleeping there.Good points: The welcome drink was delicious, and there was something like daily tea, so I was looking forward to it. Even if you don't order something for breakfast, there is a convenience store nearby, so I think you can buy it there. Also, there was a pub with a nice atmosphere a short walk away, so I felt it was a great location.Bad points: The room was a little hot, the air conditioner was noisy, and it was hot outside when I left the room, so I opened the air conditioner filter (?) and looked at it, and there was a surprising amount of dust on it. So I decided to have the air conditioner cleaned. I think if you clean your air conditioner, it will be quieter and more effective.
