In short, I was very satisfied ✨✨First of all, the customer service is warm🧑‍💼Everyone was kind, especially the people at the breakfast venue🧑‍🍳They kindly explained things to the elderly people and greeted them, which made me feel warm.🥰And the breakfast was amazing🥗🍲☕We recommend the sashimi, the dark and fresh eggs, the sweetness of the pumpkin ingredients, the sweetness of the roasted onions, the richness of the yogurt, the three types of ohagi, the variety of salads, etc.😋😋Even when I was full, I couldn't stop eating French toast 🍞This was exquisite ♥♥♥I can feel the luxury and history of the hotel, and I would like to use it again❗😄

It was a weekday stay and it was cheaper than other hotels in the area, so I thought it would be a good idea to sleep in, but it was good.First, it's close to downtown.Miroku Yokocho is also nearby, so drinking is not a problem.Although I arrived a little early, I was able to relax in the lounge that guests can use free of charge. The drink bar is also great because you can use it for free if you register on LINE.There are also shampoo bars and bath salt bars, which are fun.The room was on the 9th floor with a great view and was spacious. The TV is also based on Android TV and allows you to watch videos. It's a bit disappointing, but I think the front staff, who are a little bulky, could be a little more friendly.Even at a high-class hotel, the hotel staff are very friendly. Not pretentious. But other than that, I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

It's a hotel with a calm atmosphere, but even though I contacted them in advance to change from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, I was very disappointed that the change was not made. The smell of cigarettes made me feel suffocated.

This hotel is ageing but beautiful. We had a lovely twin room on the ninth floor, exceptionally large for japanese rooms. The view was nothing special but it gave a lovely feeling of space.  …

The breakfast buffet was super delicious, allowing you to fully enjoy Aomori and Hachinohe. I wasn't able to conquer all types from the morning. The takeout cups were also helpful. The room was luxurious, spacious and relaxing. I found out at check-out that I could choose bath salts, but I wish they had explained to me at check-in (ToT)
