In the past, the inn was so good that I wanted to come back to it again and again, but I feel that it has changed drastically. It was a mistake to take my child with me.Approximately 3 large plates eachHamburg steak dawn, 3 fried shrimp about 20cm long, pie soup, 2 huge rice ballsIt wasn't classy or cute. .What's more, there's sawara for breakfast.Just for kids! Maybe it was just a coincidence, but the bones were amazing.Adults are boneless. What really impressed me about dinner wasThe Saga beef steak that was served from the beginning was not cooked at all, and it was only cooked in the second half when the fat started to melt slightly.I could hear the sizzling sound from the guests who came later, so I guess they forgot. That's what I thought. If you could put a chukkaman on the table, I could do it whenever I want.Breakfast is also very delicious! That's not to say that. The rice for dinner and breakfast is too ordinary, and the rice at the inn isThere's so much delicious rice that you'll want to buy it.Even if you release a large number of products, if it doesn't appeal to everyone, repeat purchases will occur.I think it's a little strange. The room also has a hot spring, which is really nice. There were 2.3 long-legged bees and there were plants on the edge of the hot spring. There it buzzed and I couldn't get in.The landlady only came to the cash register.I can't even cut my card, so I'm confused. It was also strange.

It was a homely stay. I had high expectations because I was only staying at a hotel with an indoor bath and I was told that she was confident in her cooking, but I thought it was a bit disappointing to stay at a hot spring and have curry and corn soup for dinner. The menu doesn't cost that much, but the fact that it hasn't been improved even though it's been pointed out in reviews for years probably means they don't want to improve it. In terms of food and hospitality, Motoyu, Shikishima, Kasuien, and Yoshidaya are better in Ureshino. In the cooking section of the website, it was said that if you put in the effort, you could become the best cook in Ureshino, but if that's what you really think, you should stay at a different inn and eat more food. By writing "Ichiban" on our website, we are raising the bar for our customers. The bedding was thin and my neck hurt especially. It still hurts. It was as if I went to the hot springs to get tired. It took an hour to eat dinner, but the baby was crying the whole time. (In the morning, of course, the seats are the same and the environment is the same.) I wouldn't complain if it was a family restaurant or food court, but it's not a family restaurant. Changing to another seat is not possible at the hot springs. It is decided that you will eat here in this room. Even if you change it, you can still hear the baby crying. I do not recommend this place to anyone who comes from outside Saga Prefecture to enjoy Ureshino Onsen. I can't believe the 4.1 rating. I didn't think the Wagyu steak was going to be bad, but the sauce was so bad that I left most of the food behind. This is a hotel that cannot be compared to any other hotel I have stayed at before. On the way home, I bought medicine to apply to my neck and shoulders. Looking at the reviews, I wonder if there are days when the chef is absent? He must have been away the day I stopped. Can the staff carry their luggage too? There is always a word ``About'' everywhere I go, but I don't even hear that word, so I wonder what it means to be polite and kind. Before I finished eating the sashimi, he brought me some soy sauce and wasabi, but I didn't know how to eat them. But when I was about to leave, the dessert didn't come out, and I waited for the menu, but the baby kept crying next to me, the food wasn't delicious, I couldn't think of a good timing, and I couldn't find anything. I don't know if I should rate it. Sometimes there are shops and inns like this in tourist areas, and this is exactly what it is. In this case, it would be better to go to a hot spring for a day, eat some delicious food in the neighborhood, and then go home and sleep at home. Some people say that it is inferior to a guesthouse, and I feel the same way. There are accommodations where you don't have to spend 50,000 yen per person. That's just not the case here. By the way, my husband and I stayed together. Some people have written in their reviews that they will never stay at Ureshino Onsen again, but I feel sad that their rating for Ureshino Onsen has been lowered because of this inn. At least my review is about this inn, not Ureshino Onsen.

4th repeat. The food was always plentiful and the taste was really delicious. However, the level of customer service at the front desk was disappointing. At the time of check-in, it can't be helped that another person was dealing with the front desk, but even though I arrived and took my luggage, I left it alone for a while. Not a single word was said until the end. There was no one at the front desk when I checked out, and it took about 3 or 4 calls for someone to come out.I chose this ryokan because it was my wedding anniversary and the food had a good impression, but I was wondering if it was time to go. That's what I felt.I was really looking forward to staying at the inn, so the food and the waiter's service afterwards were good, but I was really disappointed in the response from the front desk, which is the face of the inn.

Hot springs are the best. Safe even with children. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room and the private bath are perfect even on rainy days! The quality of the spring water is also the best.

Hotel hot spring, food is satisfying! When I had dinner at 6pm, there was a huge variety of dishes, but they were brought out one after another so fast that I couldn't keep up with the food. As the number of customers increases, it will become slower. What's more, there was something that looked like a small insect or garbage in the shochu ice, and when I told the matchmaker or the front desk, they didn't check and ended up abandoning me.I had the trash thrown away for free, but when I tried to go to the smoking area outside, I couldn't go by 9:30pm.I could hear everyone in the kitchen cursing.Worst inn despite paying high accommodation fees.I don't want to go to this inn again and it brings back the worst memories of Ureshino. This is the first time I've been to an inn that made me feel so bad.

Stayed in a hagama-shaped room with a bath on a weekend in mid-October.Complain first. Please read this assuming that I am a former service worker and have a sensitive personality.Of course, if you are paying around 30,000 yen per person at an inn, you should put a facility information board inside the room with information about evacuation routes and the inside of the hotel, clean the sofas and corners of the room to remove dust, and don't even knock or say anything. Do not allow the waitress to open the guest room, do not leave the light blue cleaning hose carelessly in the private bath with a nice atmosphere, do not remove used tea containers from the guest room, defrost the inside of the refrigerator, and do not work in the dining area or in front of customers. Forbid staff from speaking privately, clean the coffee maker in the lobby regularly (coffee smelled like a rag so I couldn't drink it), and don't let waiters force customers to make movements (don't let the waiter force the customer to make a move because it's hot). (I was told to take it as soon as possible) etc.By the way, as far as I can see, it looks like similar complaints have been coming in for about 7 years, but they don't seem to have any intention of fixing it.When I checked in, there was a vacancy in the private bath, so I made a reservation, and soon it was time for dinner, but during the Japanese meal, I decided to have grilled curry and kompota pot-grilled (grilled pie crust on top of the kompota pot). Will it come out?Between grilled beef and eggplant sauce, why really? After that, it's bamboo steamed beef and rice. Just one bite of the young corn on top of the grilled curry made Japanese food taste spicy, so I ended up leaving it.When I returned to the room, the tea chest had been removed, leaving only a small tray with a tea caddy, teapot, and teacup. Moreover, there was about 1 cm of water in the unused teapot. This... feels disgusting. Moreover, since there is no outlet and the pot is just for adding boiling water, the water that comes out is lukewarm. Even if I wanted to change it, there was no information on the facility and no one to talk to.Although the quality of the hot springs was good, the service was generally disappointing, making it a somewhat disappointing stay. However, in a restaurant with semi-private rooms (similar to a Japanese-style izakaya with partitions and noren curtains), the surrounding voices could be heard, so I could hear voices calling out to and soothing small children. It may be good for those looking for a cozy atmosphere with a breeze. Also, it was nice that there was a Kinchor spray can and an electric mosquito repellent.Overall, I felt that it was inferior to a guesthouse, so I would not recommend it to my friends.

This is a homey inn.At first, I felt that the staff were a little too salty, but as I interacted with them more, that feeling disappeared.Immediately after checking in, the first thing I do is reserve a private bath.Even though it was a little before my reservation time, I was asked to come in right away, so I thought they were thinking about the next customer, but it turns out they weren't.Since it is used by families, they suggested that it would be better for the women to take a bath first, and then the men to take a bath at a different time. (Note: Bathing times are fixed. I think this was possible because there were no customers before us that day.)Thanks to your thoughtfulness, I was able to soak in the water slowly. As for the meal, I had researched beforehand that it would be filling, so I only had noodles (1/2 portion) for lunch, and 1 steamed bun and 1/3 mochi for snacks. However, dinner was better than I expected. The appetizers were a little strong in taste, but everything was delicious.I'm not good at sashimi, so I asked for something else when I made my reservation at the hotel, and to my surprise, they served eel. It's my favorite, so I was happy.Breakfast is also luxurious. The boiled tofu in particular is fluffy and delicious. I had raw eggs, so instead of using them with the rice, I simmered them together. There are many side dishes, and the rice goes well.To be honest, the room is undeniably old.Comes with a semi-open-air bath. You will be able to store your own hot water. There were no particular problems with the shower etc.I was concerned about the lack of cleaning of the air conditioner. It was cold so I turned on the heater, but it smelled so I turned it off. Also, I went out at night, and when I came back (after 10pm), the person at the front desk wasn't there, which was a problem. I left the room key with you. When I called, they responded immediately, which made me feel relieved. It is possible to go out at night, but you may need to be a little careful. On the way home, the landlady came to see me off outside the front door. It warmed my heart to see them waving at me until they could no longer see me.thank you for helping me.

2022.12.25The room had an open-air bath, so I was able to take a bath in the hot springs whenever I wanted. When I turned on the faucet, I could get hot spring water close to 70 degrees, so even if it got lukewarm in the middle of the night, I was able to quickly get the temperature to my liking. For dinner, elementary school students still prefer children's lunch to Kaiseki, but the reservation screen said, ``If you would like a children's lunch, you can make a reservation for an infant,'' which was a good idea.Even though it was called a children's lunch, the course consisted of a hamburger steak, onigiri, two extra-large fried shrimp with heads, pie soup, and dessert, and the children were very happy.Since I had a 1-year-old child with me, I was able to use the private room in the back.As for the hot springs, I was able to take a private bath only once during my stay, and I took a bath in the shape of a teapot, which was also very pleasant. The shower in the open-air bath in the room was only a trickle at night, and it was not possible to shampoo, so it might be better to use the private bath instead. There's been a lot written about the way people speak, but my grandmother's family is from this area, so I think the familiar way of speaking and the harsh way of speaking are part of the dialect of this area😄The landlady was also very kind and always had a smile on her face and talked to the children.I don't usually take a relaxing hot spring bath, so I was very satisfied with the 10 times I took a relaxing bath by myself in the open-air bath in my room while watching my children play inside.

The food was just so good ✨ It was elegant and tasted great, and best of all, it was so voluminous that I couldn't finish it all! I was impressed to see the stylish menu that looked like something you'd see at a wedding. When I just used it, there was a carpenter wandering around the garden during renovations, so that was a bit disappointing, but it can't be helped since it's under renovation ✨ The bath was nice, too. The hot water is very good, but what are the special features of Ureshino Onsen? ! kana? ? The temperature is a little low.
