The hot water in the room is said to be hot spring water. Does it sound great? Actually it's to save money.The amount of water in the hot springs is not large, so the water pressure is insufficient. The high floors will have no hot water because others are using it. (The cold water may also be stopped)The notice in the room only said that it might take 5 minutes for the water to heat up, which was a lie because there was "no water", and it could take more than half an hour, and it was still halfway through washing.I went to the counter in the middle of the night and couldn't find anyone. The reason was that "they had to go to bed."Bathroom facilities are very basic requirements. If we can't even meet this requirement, we won't be able to give it even one star.Business owners don’t need to make fake apologies. A refund and refurbishment is what should be done.

I am a person with a disability. On the day of my stay, I requested an early check-in because I was not feeling well, but I was unable to do so. stupid. Stupid. I told them in advance that I am disabled and my family is elderly, but that didn't work. What will you do if I tell you that you have canceled your stay? (I) Can you give me a refund? (I) No. (I) What do you do? What does that mean? I will give you about 16,000 yen.

Lately, things have gotten more expensive on weekends, so it was the first time in a while that I was able to stay in the 6,000 yen range on a weekday, and I was lucky.The twin room on the city side was spacious and comfortable, and the 24-hour hot spring bath was very comfortable. The windows are not frosted glass, so even though you can't see Beppu Tower, you can see the pine trees of Matogahama Park. Beppu Bay is on the right. The light at night was pretty good.There was a sofa, a desk, a table, and a place to organize documents and journals. thank you!

It feels like a reasonable business hotel in an expensive hot spring inn area. It was a semi-double room, but it was a normal hotel single size and cramped. The good thing was that there was a private bath that was free and required reservations. The location was not bad, Beppu Tower and the downtown area (bars) were just a short walk away.

I went there after reading the reviews, so even though the hot water in the bath in the room didn't come out, I thought it would be okay to wait 5 minutes, so I was able to relax and wait. That's what I wrote in the bathroom too.Even though the bathtub is rough, I'm convinced that it's a hot spring ingredient (maybe?).The hot water in the public bath was hot! No one was there, so I filled it with water.The parking lot looks like it won't be able to park more than 10 cars on the first floor of the building. You might have to be a little careful because you'll be parallel parking.You can't see outside from your room.I was hoping that I would be able to see the sea since it was close, but when I opened the window, it was just a wall.However, the hot water in the public bath was too hot, so it was nice to be able to take a long lukewarm bath in the room.

Is this price okay for both bath and meal? ! That's what it feels like.The breakfast seafood bowl here was more delicious than the sashimi I had at a nearby restaurant.The hot springs are so good that you don't even need to go outside to take a bath.

In order to stay in Beppu, I made a reservation at this inn the day before my stay, as it was the only room available.This is an old hot spring hotel located along the coast and within walking distance of downtown Beppu, so the location is not bad, but the facilities are old and small.The rooms are designed like a business hotel.It was noisy because there seemed to be a lot of groups and drunk people were making noise in the hallway.I thought it was good that there was a family bath and you could rent it for free by the hour.The first floor of the hotel is a parking lot, and it was nice to be able to use it for free.

The building is old and the rooms are small.It said that the bath in the room had a hot spring, but since it was on the 6th floor, the water was only lukewarm, so I couldn't use it.Also, when I made a reservation with breakfast included on Rakuten Travel, I made a note to remove allergy ingredients, but it was completely ignored.If it wasn't for travel support, I might not have stayed there.

This is a Showa-era business hotel, so if you're used to Reiwa-era chain hotels, it might be a little intimidating. However, the front desk staff is courteous and neat, the rooms are well-cleaned, the air conditioners are separate, and the Wi-Fi is comfortable, so I feel like it's just the right amount for a middle-aged woman staying alone. The hot springs, which are open 24 hours a day, were neatly cleaned and tidy and felt comfortable to use. Also, the hot water was crisp and nice. The location is behind Beppu Tower, so it's a little inconvenient if you start from Beppu Station, but there are local buses from the nearby Beppu Tower-mae bus stop to Kannawa (Hyotan Onsen) and Myoban, so if you want to go there, It's much more convenient than using the bus that starts at Beppu Station.

It's a public bathhouse, but I didn't want to go in because of the looks, so I went to a super public bath. The amount of comics in the lobby was good.
