The meals are buffet style, but I feel like the dinner menu doesn't have anything that my child would want to eat. There was also no free drink bar for dinner.Breakfast had a drink bar and the food was very good.

It's a very nice hotel!I think most of the group guests are from China and Korea! A private bath with bad manners may not be available if the timing is bad! If you want to conquer the private bath, give up sightseeing and go to the private bath at 3pm!On the negative side, there was a lactic acid bacteria drink in the private bath, and there was no towel mat! Ice making: I've seen people putting water from a water dispenser into a water bottle or using it for hot water for ramen! The shocking thing was that they had shabu-shabu meat in the Yo-naki-soba served! Please refrain from bringing in items as this will result in business closure.

The customer service at the front desk is very bad, and the way they look at people is not typical of a customer service industry.I don't feel very well.

There were a lot of people on holidays, so the hot water in the private bath was a bit unhygienic.Other than that, the cleaning of the room was not done well as they were busy, but I think the other services were good.

The cost vs. value of this hotel is unbelievable. For just 15,000 yen per night for 2 people, we got the equivalent of an onsen roykan experience. The entire hotel floor was tatami and comfortable to walk on. There was a large public bath plus 8 private family baths. The provide free ice cream after bathing and there's even a karaoke room in the resting area. In the evening, there was free Ramen and this price also included a nice buffet breakfast. I don't think you can find a better hotel at this price point anywhere in Japan, let alone in a resort town like Beppu.

I stayed there in 2024/April. The entire hotel has tatami mats and there are lockers to lock your shoes. Ramen is provided during the midnight snack period. If you don’t want to soak in public pools, there are many hot spring family pools for use. I like it very much!

Here's what I'm concerned about and what I'd like to see improved.①About shoes…You must put them in a shoe box (free of charge in a locker) at the entrance. As others have mentioned, how about walking in the same place as a carrier who has been walking outside wearing socks or bare feet? At the very least, I would like them to take measures such as wiping the tires of carriers and providing slippers in the facility (tabi are provided when entering the room). Also, if you have children, storing the keys in the shoebox can be a hassle.②About the elevator...The elevator doesn't work unless you have your room key. It's nice to hold up your room key, but then you have to press the floor number of your room, which is a bit of a hassle... Then, when you hold up your room key, it will automatically respond to the floor of your room, and you can use the room key. If not, I thought it would be nice to be able to use the common areas (1F and bathhouse).③About parking lot…Even though I'm a guest, it's not free, but it's more expensive than the 100 yen parking nearby. It's an elevator type so you don't have to touch your luggage inside the car. We recommend parking in the multi-storey parking lot in front of the parking lot.④About the family bath…There are many people sitting on the ground in the hallway waiting for their turn to use the family bath, although the first-come, first-served basis is good. Although most of them are foreign nationals, I think it would be better to set up a system and do something about it. It seems that they have a system in place to provide information using TV, and they will notify you when it is your turn to make a reservation. Maybe only the representatives will be allowed to wait their turn. Are you going to prepare a chair? It was unpleasant to watch.⑤About breakfast…The restaurant's capacity is too small for the number of guests. How long do you have to wait to eat breakfast? That's what it felt like. If you have sightseeing or business plans, we do not recommend staying with breakfast included. It's full and you'll have to wait. I don't think it will be possible to manage the situation unless we spread out the number of people by making a rough reservation system, preparing snack sets and having them served in the room at a lower price.⑥About accommodation rooms…I think it's nice that you don't have to worry about noise from the hallway or other rooms, but it feels small compared to other inns and hotels.

I feel that I am currently staying at the hotel with the highest CP value in Japan. There are 8 types of hot springs, washing machines are free of charge, and the TV can be used for as long as you want. It is very considerate. There are 8 TVs in total. You can eat free ramen from 10 to 11 pm, as well as free popsicles. You can drink Yakult, coffee, etc., and parking is cheap at 800 yen a night
