When I checked in on August 15th, the first step of the concrete stairs was so high that it was difficult for me as I am disabled.My dog is 18 years old, so I had to force myself to go inside and go to my room. The staircase risers are narrow and the stairs are steep, so my dog cannot climb up and down on his own. When I entered the room, I couldn't walk smoothly on the hardwood floor. I wish they would put it on CF as well. When going to the bed in my room, the passageway was so low that I bumped my head many times. The sofa in the room was also worn out.It may be unavoidable because it's cheap, but if it's a pet hostel, I would like at least the flooring to be covered with CF.

Great place to stay with dogs in Hakuba. Reasonably priced and nice cozy rooms.
Rooms are not big so I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay but for a quick trip it’s great.

I stayed here with my dog.There were no other customers other than me on that day, so it was a private property.It was a private stay, so it was comfortable, but considering the price for a room without meals, I thought it would have been a little cheaper.

I stayed with my dog. The interior is lodge-style, and the food is Western-style. It felt like home and I was able to relax. It is also very convenient as it is close to Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort. This is a recommended hideout 😄

When I arrived around 7pm, it was pitch dark!I had made a reservation but it was forgotten.I had to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to get everything ready and stayed the night, but the fun I had was ruined.The building is old but stylish.bed is narrow
