First of all, the customer service at the front desk is terrible.There was no explanation at all about how to use the public bath.Also, the parking lot was in a difficult place, but the explanation was very vague and not very helpful.Also, the room was not well-cleaned and there was hair in the bathroom.Also, the air conditioner is integrated throughout the building and cannot be adjusted in the guest rooms, so when I asked about it, I was told that it was not possible to change from blowing air, so I would like them to open the windows.It's a type of window that doesn't have a screen, so I have no choice but to open it because even if a lot of insects come in, I can't stay in the room because it's too hot if I don't open it.There were many other incidents that showed a lack of integrity.It's a mystery why this hotel has such high ratings.

It's a business hotel, so I'm glad that the quality of the breakfast is high! Many of the items have a handmade feel, so there are fewer common frozen items compared to other business hotels. I wanted more of the popular pumpkin soup.If you are coming for sightseeing, we recommend that you reserve the new building⭐︎

Town parking is limited to normal light automatic vehicles. 3-number cars and big sedans are not suitable for first-timers, people who are not confident in driving, or beginners. Yankee cars in the countryside are even more impossible. It's almost impossible to pass each other, so let's pray. Cat's Eye also causes a lot of damage to tires. On the way up to the top of each floor, there is a parking space where you can enter by backing up and parking, so if you accidentally enter head-first, you'll be left behind. Anyway, if you know the parking lot, it's good, but if you don't know it, it's dangerous parking.The contracted parking lots are scattered around the hotel, so the guide will guide you to a spot that is suitable for the size of your car, but if there is no guide, you will have to park in a dangerous parking lot. You will be guided to.There is Fukashi Parking in front of Town Parking, and you can park there, but since this is a normal multi-storey parking lot, it fills up quickly and a pylon is placed at the entrance, making it impossible to enter.Town parking is just terrible

Matsumoto Tourist Hotel in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.It's about a 10 minute walk from Matsumoto Station.On this day, I came to stay with a friend.The rooms feel a little old. There are only paper slippers in the room, which is inconvenient when walking around the building.Also, when I thought there was no power outlet or cell phone charger next to the bed, there was a phone secretly attached to the phone next to the bed, but the cable was short so I couldn't bring it to my bedside, which was inconvenient.There are two elevators, but please note that you cannot access the public bath from the elevator in the back. In some places, it's a bit subtle and I think it's missing something.Breakfast is a buffet, and the variety is small, but the taste is good. I like potato salad, and the potato salad here has a potato flavor and is very delicious. Other than that, the soup is also delicious.In addition, there is a manga corner, free tea, and if the timing is right, you can eat chasoba in the evening.The large public bath is limited to about 10 people and is not a hot spring, but it warms you up and feels good.If there is no space available in the hotel parking lot, you can park your car in a nearby contracted parking lot.

The castle and station are not close, but within walking distance. It's a tourist hotel, so it feels like it's aimed at tourists. There is a large public bath. There are also amenities. Parking is available for a fee. Bikes are also available for a fee. I was wondering where it would be parked, but it was under the eaves of an alley next to a building.
