The owner is very nice. The location is quite far from a train station but if you like to walk, it’s no problem. By the way, you have to rent a towel for 300 yen.

Amazing and convenient hotel run by very kind family. One of the best accommodations I had stayed in for my trip to japan. Very safe area, I’m 18, and a solo female traveler, felt very safe leaving all my things in the room along with walking around the area at night. Private rooms, with microwave, fridge, and complementary coffee in the hallway. Very kind couple run the place, they were even kind enough to accept my extremely late check-in and extremely early checkout times. The rooms were tidy and clean, with heater inside. The hotel is about 30 second walk from the free buss shuttle station and about 10-15 minute walk from the paid bus shuttle. They also provide complementary ski storage and have discounts for rentals. They have showers downstairs, and towels for 300 yen. Very thankful for my stay here. The hosts speak Japanese and English, and have a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area. Abt a 8 minute bus ride from an onsen or 20 minute walk. About 10 minute walk from Echoland, which has many restaurants, bars, gift shops, a konbini and other activities. The room I stayed in was a room with a sofa and 2 beds + a loft with 2 beds. The bathroom seemed to only have a shower, but there are many hot springs nearby, so I don't feel inconvenienced even if I don't have one at the hotel.My daughter had influenza B, and I was very grateful to her for being so kind to me and not showing off.
