Although it is an old building, it has been carefully renovated and is comfortable. Although it has been rebranded by a foreign company, its basic operations remain the same as those of a Japanese inn.The feature of this place is that you can enjoy the free-flowing hot springs, but if you want to operate with inbound tourists in mind, I think a security box in the public bath is essential. You cannot take a relaxing bath if you leave your room key in the basket. I think it would be a good idea to install a small locker with a key for both men and women in the area after bathing.

Recently, Wyndham seems to have taken over the management and renovation work is being carried out including the front desk. The hot springs were also under renovation, and there are usually several, but there was only one for men and women. The signal is weak, but there is WiFi. Free bicycle rental allows you to explore the surrounding area. Karakoro footbath etc. are nearby. You can cycle along the river and enjoy the deep side of the hot spring town. There is a koi pond at the entrance where you can feed them. The food is delicious. The portions are large, so it's best to go hungry. It's a shame that the person in charge of serving the food didn't really understand when we asked questions about the food. The room is a traditional Japanese room. It was before the renovation, so I'm looking forward to seeing what it will look like after the renovation. There is also a shuttle service from the nearest station. The surrounding area is a hot spring town with no places to play, so I think it's a good inn to relax in the hot springs and have a meal. There is a miso brewery and hot spring manju shop nearby, so it's perfect for souvenirs.

I was looking forward to the hot springs, but it was too hot so I couldn't go in. It is very disappointing. The food was good, but there were no amenities in the room, so you had to bring your own toothbrush etc.
