Had such an amazing experience at Hakuba Symphony. The owners/staff routinely went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were lovely and perfect for a homely bed and breakfast. Easy access to a shuttle bus stop to a range of ski resorts less than 100ms away. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hakuba!

This place was fantastic - Sugiyama san, who was managing the place by himself, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The private onsen (kashikiri) was the icing on the cake. Great to enjoy with couples/families, since you don't have to split up by gender. For the snowboarders/skiers, Tsugaike was a 5 min drive and there is also a bus stop less than 100 meters, that can take you to every Hakuba resort.Food was phenomenal, best breakfast I’ve had at a pension/b&b, like this - I wish I had included dinner into my stay.It was the best! The breakfast was delicious and the service from Mr. Sugiyama's staff was outstanding. I want to come back again.

Absolutely a 5 star experience. This quaint bed and breakfast completely MADE our time in Hakuba everything and more. The rooms were comfortable and have traditional Japanese aspects, the food was amazing, and the onsens were absolutely essential after a day of skiing. Sugiyama San, the man working, was delightful and made our trip so special. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again next time we’re in Hakuba. It was located a short drive to Tsugaike and Happo-One ski areas which was very convenient.

I was surprised to see the hot springs flowing straight from the source, the delicious food, and the chef who was able to do all the work by himself with ease. This day was the first snowfall of the season.

I was able to enjoy the food slowly, soak in the hot springs in the morning, and the room was very nice as it had a Japanese-style room and a bed 😄

I'm very satisfied. I still want to use it.First of all, dinner and breakfast,The quantity was large and the taste was delicious. Also, the bath is a hot spring, so you can't specify the time, but it's reserved for private use, so you can relax. The room was also very nice.Every corner was thoroughly cleaned, and sanitary controls such as using alcohol and deodorizing the toilets were also taken care of.It was worth more than the price.

The bath (it's a hot spring!) is wonderful, and the food is delicious. The location is great, close to Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort. Above all, the owner is a very nice person. I forgot my shoes when I stayed there the other day, but they kindly let me pick them up. it's recommended!
