My friend used this inn often because it has good access to the Yatsugatake area, and I had heard good reviews about it, so I decided to stay there. It's definitely cheap for one night with breakfast included. However, perhaps because the owner has changed recently, I didn't have as much of a comfortable stay as I had heard. The use of the kitchen is constantly monitored by surveillance cameras, and the owner will come out at the slightest thing and make you feel uncomfortable. I think you could only use the kitchen until 10pm, but from around 9:30pm, part of the kitchen was closed off and they started putting pressure on you to vacate the kitchen as soon as possible.Since I was in a hurry for breakfast, I went to the dining room a little early and the owner was kind enough to let me in. However, one of the two toasters was being used to make breakfast for the owner, and customers who came in later had to wait for a while.Even during breakfast, the owner's eyes were always on me and I couldn't relax.

The other day, my family of 3 with a baby stayed here for 3 nights! It was a wonderful inn that felt like a mountain hut, with a sense of cleanliness where every corner was thoroughly cleaned. The shared kitchen is spacious and comfortable to use. One of the attractions is the tap water supplying natural water that can only be found in Chino. It was so delicious that I drank it every day.Lake Shirakaba spread out in front of us, and the temperature was nearly 10 degrees Celsius lower than in the flatlands, so we had a comfortable time. The owner is kind and friendly, and he taught us a lot about the charms of Chino City and Nagano, and we had a great time. Will definitely come back next time!

Thank you for your help during my summer bicycle trip.Actually, I was planning to stay in Tateshina that day and had booked a hotel, but I was too late and it looked like I wouldn't be able to make it in time, so I had to change my hotel and make a reservation at Kirigamine Kogen. This is an inn on the shore of Lake Shirakaba. It's very convenient as it's just off the cycling road that goes around Lake Shirakaba. There is a cycle rack where there is a roof above. You take off your shoes at the entrance and change into slippers. We stayed in a private room, but there is also a dormitory type room, so although there are time restrictions on the kitchen and dining room, it was a nice inn where you could use the kitchen and dining area as you like.I was worried because there was no air conditioning, but it got cool at night and the electric fan was enough. It seems to be cooler at an altitude of 1400.It's like taking the futon out of the closet and putting on the sheets yourself. When leaving, remove the sheets and separate them from the pillowcases, duvet covers, and mattress covers that are left in the hallway and place them in a box. It's not mandatory, so it seems like it's fine as is, but I'd like to cooperate where I can.The kitchen can be used freely from 16:00 to 22:00. There's even a dishwasher, so cleaning up the dishes is easy! The dining room is spacious and a lot of people were enjoying it and using it in moderation. There is also a fireplace, so it looks nice even in winter! !Simple drinks are free and you can brew your own.The toilets were shared by men and women and were very clean. There is no bath, but there are three shower rooms for men and women. It's very beautiful. There are no towels, but you can purchase them for 200 yen, and bath towels can be rented for 200 yen. If you have a car, you can also go to a nearby hot springs facility. Looks like you can get a discount ticket. There are also two washing machines and two dryers. You can put coins in the can on the spot, or if you don't have any, you can pay with PayPay at the front desk. I think it was 300 yen each? We also provide detergent. The location is nice and it looks like it would be super fun to use it for a training camp with my cycling friends. You can take the Venus Line to Utsukushigahara, or go to Tateshina or Lake Goddess. I want to have a training camp! !The staff were also very nice.

I stayed in a private room, but there was no air conditioner or refrigerator. No bathroom/toilet. No tissue or mirror. The TV doesn't turn on either.Since it is tatami, there is a risk of damaging it if carried in a bag.Only drinks are available in the working space. Not suitable for business.2024.8.26 addedWe have received comments from the inn and will add them.○About air conditionersWhen I tried to use the electric fan because there was no air conditioning, I tried to remove the cover, but it created dust. There is no impression that the cleaning is thorough.○TissueIt wasn't in the room. Which one was it?○TVIt was said that it was on the day before, but I couldn't check the remote control, the main power supply for the TV, and the outlet.○Carry caseI just added it as a precaution.......When I checked out, a man asked me, "Didn't you turn on the TV?", probably because I read this review. At that time, the woman said to the man, ``It's not that I won't get it, I will.'' To be honest, I paid to stay there, but I got the impression that the woman was angry at the woman's high-pressure attitude. You replied that you don't know how to turn on the TV, but I once again get the impression that you are being made fun of. If the operation is that difficult, wouldn't it be normal for them to tell you when they show you the room? This is the first time I've felt this way about the owner, not the room or facilities, and I feel very sad.......○About the shower roomIt is separated by gender, but there is only a noren curtain.Bath towels can be rented for a fee.○InvoiceThis is an inn that issues receipts and does not support invoices when making on-site payments other than advance payments on travel sites.

I used the dormitory type for touring purposes. For someone who is used to camping tours, it was perfect as breakfast was included.I could feel the owner's thoughtfulness in everything from the equipment to every small item, and I was even treated with kindness. I'm very satisfied.

I used it with my family the other day.The owner and his wife are very kind and gentle people. Thank you very much for your help in responding to my 4 year old son's accident. My 4-year-old son liked the owner and said, ``I want to go again! I want to meet that old man!''The atmosphere was great and I had a comfortable stay! I got away from the city and relaxed with my family!

I stayed in a dormitory. It was a comfortable stay with a clean interior. You can also cook your own meals as you can share the kitchen. It's right in front of Lake Shirakaba, and the co-working space is also nice.
