Rooms are nice and clean. The outdoor onsen has a nice view of the surrounding hills. The hotel also has a nice space for kids to play in the field. Overall nice hotel with good value.

Stayed at the Manza Prince Hotel for 1 night and subsequently at the Tsumagoi Prince for the next. I have to say that comparing the 2, the latter is definitely better in most aspects. …

I didn't have such a great time because there were tons of bugs inside the hotel, the room, and the '5 star restaurant' which felt like it was an average restaurant with fine dining. The AC didn't work and the shower head hurt immensely causing my skin to turn red. The greatest thing about this hotel is that the customer service is exceptional! I was very very pleased with the staff which is why I am giving it an extra star. Definitely not worth the price.

I had a great time. The hotel was in a middle of nowhere but relaxing and quiet. Dinner was also great. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back soon.

The old hotel is mainly for those who play golf next to the hotel. Breakfast was nothing special.

My husband and I stayed for 2 consecutive nights. The entrance and lobby have a resort atmosphere, but the guest rooms have an old-fashioned, princely, business-like feel. Cleaning was done properly.I received an email saying that there is a limited number of seats at the hotel restaurant for dinner, so I asked if it would be better to make a reservation by phone in advance, but I was told that I could come to the restaurant at any time I wanted. did. After checking in, I was told that the hotel restaurant was crowded and could only be entered late, so I told them that I had inquired on the phone, but in the end I was unable to enter at the time I wanted, so I had no choice but to use the buffet restaurant. did.The buffet didn't have many items, and there were a lot of people coming in, so it was very crowded.According to the information we received at check-in, the breakfast buffet will be open from 6:30 to 8:30 (last order at 8:00) and will be crowded from 7:00 to 8:00. It seems you have to go between 6:30 and 7:00 to have a leisurely meal.Since the dinner buffet was crowded, I thought that breakfast would also be very crowded, so I decided not to use the restaurant. As some people have said, the bathrooms are always crowded.Even though I took the trouble to call and inquire, I couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant, which is a shame because I wanted to have a relaxing stay.Considering the number of guests, I think it would be better to expand the restaurant and bathroom.
