I stayed in the new building.First of all, I only travel with my family once a year, so I don't have a lot of experience staying in hotels.I will post on that.The interior of the room was clean, of course, since it was a new building, but it was a spacious, well-appointed room with a panoramic view of Lake Shirakaba, where the children could have some fun.Meals were basically buffet-style, so I was able to eat as much as I wanted, and the taste was perfect, too.As for the reception, I didn't have much contact with the staff, so I can't say anything, but even with the few points of contact, I was greeted with a pleasant smile.My children also want to go. That's what I was saying. Personally, I would like to stay again.It's a good hotel.

Stayed in an Excel room.There is a large parking lot in the basement near the hotel, and after checking out, we were able to park nearby until after we had played until the evening, which was helpful.Check-in went smoothly while sitting in the Excel room, but check-out was handled the same as for the general public.Excel room guests are guaranteed a reserved seat by the window for the buffet and can go whenever they like.When checking out, the parking attendant was inflexible and quite rude. When I checked in, I was treated well because I was staying in an Excel room, so it seems like this is a hotel where customer service varies greatly depending on the amount of money you spend.The room is large and beautiful. Shower water pressure is also good. Buffet is not very tasty.

I stayed at the Annex building in early September 2024. The building and rooms in the annex are old, but the dining hall and public bath are clean. The rice is also delicious.However, one thing that remains very dissatisfying is the handling of forgotten items. I had forgotten my somewhat expensive new mountain climbing rain jacket in the room I was staying in, but due to various circumstances, I had to contact the hotel a month and a week later, in mid-October. Then, I was told that my rain jacket had indeed been left behind in the same room, but as per regulations a month had passed since I checked out, it had been disposed of.No, I wonder if they weren't able to report to us during that month. It's okay if something is left behind in the hallway or common space, but it's obvious who was staying in the guest room. I can understand why they don't bother contacting us if it's just small daily necessities or food items in the refrigerator, but I was very disappointed when I received a decent amount of clothing and didn't receive any notification.It's not a cheap hotel overseas, so I would appreciate it if you could help the guests. .I felt bad because the response I received over the phone when I made an inquiry was very lackadaisical and showed no apologies.I don't want to use it again.

I stayed at the new main building.The room was clean, but long hair was falling out.When it came to food, there were so many people that it was difficult to get what we wanted to eat, and a group of people with disabilities were making strange noises. Also, even though it was a weekday, there were a lot of children there, and the parents were oblivious to the fact that they were swimming in the bath and making a fuss. I was surprised to see a toddler wearing a diaper in the bath at the end! ! I doubt my parents' common sense.Absolutely no repeats.

The quality of the food had decreased compared to last year.The annex building is old. It has a bath and washroom and is very old-fashioned.Maybe I should treat it as just sleeping. .I think they successfully renovated it while keeping costs down.

We could play pool indoors, play games, and have lots of fun in the adjacent family land, which made our grandchildren (1st grade and all year round) very happy.However, since I chose a cost-effective stay that included meals and a one-day free pass to Family Land, the hotel room was not in the renovated new building, but in the old building with a Showa feel, so I was a little sad because it was too old.

Three generations, including a 0 year old (6 months old), stayed on the 4th floor of the east building.The tatami room was clean and the baby could move freely.The food was better than expected both in the morning and evening, and the public bath and sauna were superb.This is a hotel that I want to go to every year.

At a resort hotel in front of Lake Shirakaba, the hot springs, meals, rooms, and staff were all excellent.In particular, the buffet-style meals are great for families, and the food is delicious. The sauna attached to the hot spring was modern and stylish. It was very nice to be able to go to the open-air bath after taking a sauna. The natural carbonated water after taking a bath is exceptional, so you should definitely drink it 😆

From the bad pointI stayed in the annex building, but it gave me a strong impression of being old-fashioned. When I entered the room, the first thing I saw was a sink, which made me nervous. The toilet door and bathroom are old. .The walls were so thin that I could hear the children next door crying.I feel like I was able to show off the difference because the others are beautiful.The building in the PreCure corner is old, and the decorations are not very well-designed.Meals are timed based on check-in order, so if you don't go early, you won't get a good time. The bread in the morning is dry. Although there is a variety of food for both breakfast and dinner, the quality of the original ingredients is low. I regret that I should have gone for Japanese food as it looked more delicious.The staff didn't smile and everyone seemed tired, and the hospitality was poor.It would be better to do interior work on old buildings such as the annex building.It is better to put food covers on foods such as bread.I would like to see more training for the staff.Good pointsGood bath! The mixed bathing area has a great location with a wide view of the lake and sky.It's great that you can rent yukata for children.The main building is very clean.The wooden deck that juts out into the newly created lake also looks great in photos.There are plenty of souvenirs and shops.If I were to stay next time, I would choose either the main building or the east building.

I stayed here with several classmates on my 60th birthday trip.Since I wanted a large room, I stayed in the old building where there are many families.The public bath and restaurant are located in the new building, so it was quite a distance to walk there.I felt like someone with no sense of direction would get lost, but after moving around a few times, I finally got the hang of it and checked out...However, the response from the employees was perfect 💯✨✨Everyone had wonderful smiles, and even though there were many foreign employees working in various places, they greeted each other with a smile and said "Hello 😊" even when we passed each other in the hallway.I felt that the customer service training of the employees was thorough.Even though it was a weekday, there were people of all ages, men and women, groups, young families...I could see why the place was fully booked🈵 of all ages and groups.

We stayed at the Annex building for 2 nights.There were so few directions from the front desk of the new building to the annex building that everyone got lost getting in the elevator and spinning around.There are some guide arrows, etc., but they must have been made by someone who knows what they are. It's hard to understand for first-time visitors.The parking lot is across the road from the lake. Since it's far uphill, it's a good idea to unload your luggage first and go to the parking lot.There is a facility for people with disabilities nearby, but it would be best to inquire when making a reservation.Admission tickets for surrounding facilities are difficult to understand...If you can't ride the rides but still want to see the zoo, there is no entrance ticket to the zoo.I was attracted to the wide variety of buffets available, but I felt like I couldn't eat raw fish or rare meat, and there wasn't anything I could eat if I was a vegetarian.Day 1 and Day 2... There's not that much of a difference.The dessert tart was exquisite.

First stay at PreCure Room!The Ikenotaira Hotel used to be the east building or the annex building and had an old impression, but the main building has been updated and is absolutely beautiful!In particular, I was lucky to get a PreCure room, as it is almost impossible to reserve due to the small number of rooms and its popularity.We could only enter the room from 3pm, but as soon as we checked in, we got a key card and headed to the pool!I think the pool is also cleaner than before.It was Silver Week, but the pool wasn't crowded because it was the last day.The hot water was so warm I couldn't get out lolNow go to your room!Precure characters are scattered throughout.The room is not very comfortable for adults.The kids were so excited!There is a hot spring in the large public bath, so I didn't take a bath in my room, but everything was clean!We have tea and sweets and water, so you can relax in your room!

First of all, I was scared because the room in the Annex building was so run down.It was dark and humid, probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in the same price range recently.I was even more surprised by the gap between the new main building and its beautiful lakeside resort feel.Well, I can't help it since I'm staying cheaply😅The variety of meals is small, but for a hotel in this price range.You could feel the care put into each and every item, and they were all delicious.On the other hand, maybe less is just right.The large public bath and sauna were also very nice.At this point, I thought I had gotten over the disappointment of the room...…The fatal flaw is that I am too busy in the morning.For a sauna, you need at least 2 hours of bathing time.The public bath opens late at 6am, and breakfast is so crowded that it takes longer than usual to get there.There's not enough time for results 😭If check-out is at 10am, I think the public bath should be open from 5am.They usually open from 5 o'clock everywhere, right?It was a pity that I ended up wasting my pleasant morning in a hurry.

I went to a mixed sauna on a day trip. It was awesome to say the least!・You can rent bathing clothes, so you don't have to bring anything.The sauna offers a spectacular view of Lake Shirakaba. The cold water bath uses natural running water. You can drink the water as is. I definitely want to go again!

We stayed at the Annex building for 2 nights.About the guest rooms・Dusty room. dirty.・There is no outlet near the bed・The bed mattress is lower than that of a business hotel.・TV is small·expensive. 160,000 for 2 nights. However, the type of amenities is lower than that of a business hotel.About the service- All staff have low awareness when passing by customers. (passing each other while chatting)・Low awareness of how to walk (young staff members walk lazily)・Poor hospitality・The explanation at the reception desk is sloppy.-Lack of variety on the buffet. I was surprised that fried eggs were baked in a live kitchen for breakfast. How about a regular omelet?・The bath is clean, but what do cleaning staff think of the opposite sex these days?place・The road to get there is difficult・The scenery is good・The play area is compact, saving travel timeThere is a huge difference compared to Epinal Nasu, which seems to be at the same price range. I had high hopes for it, but it was a waste of money and time. Honestly, I'm surprised that the overall rating is so high. I think it's underrated as a hotel.
