Very comfortable bed, staff is also very nice bring breakfast to the room every morning and communicated to us promptly through the watsapp and amazing sunset view from the top roof restaurant. Very good massage.Disliked · our villa was right in front of the main road where all the locals driving past with the motorbikes, cars and so on, so all the fumes from the road was coming to the villa while sunbathing. Very far from everything and up the hill so you cant go anywhere unless use their taxi, pool is super cold, food in the main restaurant could be better, even simple poached eggs taste of the pure vinegar so i end up eat boiled eggs most of the breakfast. Dragon bowl have no sugar whats so ever so it was quite watery and bland as well. we end up eat elsewhere and pay by taxi most of the evenings. For such a resort gym was very very poor. 1 bench, 1 treadmill and Bike and very small amount of weights. No towels provided in the gym. Laundry very expensive and priced by peace not the total amount of weight, so we used local laundry instead. vie from the villa is like to the valley of death, very dry, poor condition area.

Honeymooners:) first time to Bali. ||Wow what a beautiful retreat. The staff were amazing and friendly. They are a 10/10. Really made our stay very pleasant. ||Great place to relax and escape from reality. |Only downside is we would have love more traditional food options on the menu.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bedding were clean, the towels smelled so good. The shuttle to wherever we wanted to go was convenient (You do pay a small fee for it though) The menu was good enough, we enjoyed the pizza and burgers. We would definitely come back here one day.

This is a beautiful hotel with such lovely staff, everyone smiling and happy during Galungan. The rooms are huge and we'll appointed with everything you might need in the kitchen. The Aircon is very powerful and there are many choices for the included breakfast which was brought to our room. There is also parking for our car outside the room. On a clear day you can see the volcano on Java. Great place to stay

The hotel is secluded on the mountain, so there is peace and quiet and a great view. Unfortunately, you are dependent on the hotel transfer, as Gojek and Grab don't really work here.The villa is beautiful, the view is great. The kitchen equipment is sparse.The service is the best. There is a Whatsapp group in which all the important people in the hotel are, if you need something, have a wish, something needs to be repaired, no matter what, it will be taken care of immediately. That's great!We would rate the cleanliness with 8 out of 10 points, but we also have very high standards for cleanliness.We have booked a baby bed, unfortunately it does not have a mattress and can therefore only be used with aids. Please urgently buy the appropriate mattress for it!We have eaten in many warungs and restaurants in Bali. The food in the restaurant (which is also brought to the villa free of charge, which is a very good service) wasn't bad, but compared to everything we've eaten before, we ate better everywhere. Also, the portions are too small.Cocktail price 120k and happy hour 185k 2 for 1 is bad marketing, you should rethink that.We found out that the hotel is only 1 1/2 years old. Some things in the villa look clearly worn out, we thought the villa was at least 5 years old or older. If the level of maintenance remains the same, it can be expected that it will get significantly worse in a few years.

Very nice resort with beautiful villas that offer a lot of privacy. Everything is clean with sufficient facilities. It is a bit remote, but you get a nice view in return.
