To be honest, I don't have any motivation. It feels likeIt may be a reduction in labor costs, but the futons are already drawn at 3 o'clock. There's no space to relaxJust staying the night? ? ?I think it would be better to take management seriously.too dirty

The building and equipment look quite old. That can't be helped in old Isawa, but if you're serving customersI think I need a little more effort...at least the smell in the room...Also, I would like the customer service to be a little more cheerful. The food is average, but on the 2nd day of consecutive nights we were asked to serve the food later than usual.I appreciate what you did, but...I was just responding.I wish they would at least serve hot food warmly according to the time. The special taste of making it at the usual time and letting it all cool down.It won't be delicious at all ( ´⚰︎`°.)It's definitely a hassle though 💦

The food is the best😃⤴️The service is the worst❗Additional bath towels cost money, and when I asked my friend for a yukata, the front desk staff warned me not to take two towels with me, and the tour conductor told me on the bus the next day. It was said that someone had brought a yukata. Moreover, when I went to the dining hall 10 minutes early, the staff warned me that it wasn't there yet. I feel terrible😖💦💨This is an inn I don't want to stay at again.

The parking lot is on the east side across the road.Although the facilities are old, they are well-maintained and give the impression that they have been taken care of for a long time.Yukata are available in the lobby. I was able to try them on so I could choose the right size. Children's yukatas were received at check-in.The baths were changed at night and the next morning. One was near the elevator, and the other was at a complicated end. There was a guide at each corner so I didn't get lost. There were no lockers with keys in the changing room. For the meal, a chair and table were set up for each person in a tatami banquet hall. The children's dinner consisted of standard children's lunches such as hamburgers, fried shrimp, and fries, along with chawanmushi and a paper bag of Mummy (lactic acid bacteria drink). The refrigerator was an empty minibar type (pre-packed with drinks and you have to pay to take them out), so it could only fit small items. 500ml plastic bottle is also barely available.I could see the illuminations that were held in this hot spring town during the winter from my room. There may be some rooms you can't see. There are adult slippers (for indoor use) in the room, but you can exchange them for infant sandals at the front desk.

I used it on a bus tour run by a travel agency.Although the facility is old, the rooms were kept well-maintained.The hot springs were also nice. The food is very delicious and satisfying.Breakfast was not a buffet, but individual meals, and everything was delicious. It's a far away place that I wouldn't be able to go to on my own, but it was a great memory.thank you very much.
