The twin room was compact like a business hotel. We had everything we needed, and there was a large hot spring bath, so we didn't use the bath in the room. The food was so diverse that I couldn't finish it all, and the staff's service was good. It was delicious. There was a service that would take us to three other hot springs by bus, but I didn't go there so I don't know.

I will not be repeating it and will definitely not recommend it to my friends. We stayed with our 1-year-old child and 2 adults.◎If it was child-friendly, a relative would take it for you, and children's goods were provided in the bathroom, dining area, and room.Things are provided, but whether or not they are child-friendly is a different matter.▲The room guide map was still old, and the area that was supposed to be the kids' area was now a smoking area. I was very worried about whether the evacuation routes were secure or not.▲Even though there was a sign on the desk saying it was a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray in the tea set. I'm worried that he may have just placed a note on it.▲When I parked my car, the staff asked me my name, so I answered it, got ready to drop off my child, picked up my luggage, etc., and then headed to the counter to register. In the staff room in the back, I heard a message saying, ``Mr. ◯◯ is still here.'' I don't have one!'' The female staff member said by name, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't want to deal with the staff's behavior again, even though they looked shocked and didn't apologize.▲The meal is fine if you want all-you-can-eat crab, but the content is not good. I thought I would be able to feed my baby food with a light flavor as it was a complete weaning period, but since there are almost no unflavored or bland foods, it would be better to prepare it separately.▲The apple juice was diluted with water and was the worst.Overall, it feels like a hotel for an elementary school school trip. There are many foreign group visitors.P.S.: The older male staff member was very polite and nice to talk to the children.
