Good location for cafe use. However, the response was poor and I think it would be better to learn the operation properly.

We ordered a sandwich with coffee. Very expensive for a ready-made sandwich from the supermarket. We also rented bikes here, this was a great experience. Staff does not speak English, not really helpful or friendly. Fortunately you do not come for the staff, but you come for the bikes to cycle around the lake.

I stopped by for a break before returning from a trip. The boiled dumplings I ordered to go with my beer were delicious. You can smoke cigarettes at the entrance. You can see Mt. Fuji from inside the store.

A hidden gem with a viewI happened to come across this charming cafe while strolling around Fuji and was impressed. Sayuri, Natsuki, and Rino were very friendly and attentive. They welcomed me warmly and took very good care of me.The food and drinks were very good and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The view of Mt. Fuji from the cafe was breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend visiting this cafe if you are looking for a quiet and unforgettable experience. You won't be disappointed! ”

We had a great experience renting electric bikes here for an afternoon of biking around Lake Kawaguchi. The staff was friendly and the bikes were modern and clean. We were slightly scared cause the contract said if the bikes would get stolen from you you’d have to pay up to €1000 per bike and they didn’t provide a chain lock, but thank god that didn’t happen haha. Other than that; perfect experience and we definitely would come back.

I used this store because it was easily accessible from the station, but the staff had a bad attitude, which made me very uncomfortable. When taking orders from overseas tourists, we use a strong tone such as, ``This and this, right?'' and ask them to ``read the precautions when using bicycles.'' I felt that his attitude was arrogant because he didn't understand Japanese. The customer from overseas was also confused and said, ``I don't understand why they are acting like that.''When a customer went outside, we would call that customer ``disgusting,'' and employees would say ``that guy'' when talking about another customer. It was a small cafe and I felt bad because I could hear what was being said even when I didn't want to hear it.The location may be good, but I don't recommend it.

Before checking in to the hotel, I looked for a restaurant near the station to have lunch, but it was crowded everywhere, so I decided to go here. It's better not to eat pasta. Maybe frozen pasta.Cafe latte is okay.
