The location is great. The view of Mt Fuji is great (clear view with good weather). Autumn leaves right at doorstep. Close to Lake Yamanaka and there are restaurants nearby. Very spacious and clean and the host is very responsive. Parking is available at property. Difficult angle to enter for bigger cars but definitely can fit once past the entrance.The bathroom is a problem though because the window exposes you. Can tell that the host attempted to block the window with a short fence but the fence is still easily accessible so if someone really wants to peek, one can.There are popular restaurants within walking distance but they are all small so reservation is necessary if not they would be full and won't welcome walk-ins. Home BBQ available for 1000yen on request.

Much cheaper than the hotels around. The view is fantastic and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The tatami room is cozy and smells new and fresh. The bath is big enough for two people.

I had a friend stay here on September 2021. The facility was very clean, dogs were allowed, and the garden had artificial turf, so I was able to let my dog out. If you let us know in advance, we will prepare a BBQ in the garden for you. The room was also very clean and had an IH kitchen with hot plates, which was helpful. Some disappointing points1. There is no rice cookerI think there are some Japanese people staying here, so I think it would be great to have a rice cooker.2. The diatomaceous earth mat in the changing room does not absorb water.The surface of the prepared diatomaceous earth mat was slightly brown and looked well used. There was dirt on the surface, and probably because I hadn't dried it or sanded it, it didn't absorb any water at all, which was very disappointing. In this case, it would be better if you prepared a regular bath mat.3.The entrance to the parking lot is narrow.Since it was a large car, the entrance was narrow and parking was difficult. If you are coming with a large vehicle, please be careful when parking.4.Wi-Fi password is not displayedEven though they were very kind, I had to check the Wi-Fi password directly on the router, which was a bit of a hassle. I would appreciate it if you could write that down.Other than that, the location was very good as it was close to Lake Yamanaka.
