Because of my mistake, I got the return time wrong, and when my flight was delayed, I panicked and misunderstood the arrival time at the airport, but you were so kind to me and I almost cried from your kindness. I did. The car was comfortable and the system was very good, so even though this was my second time here, I was thinking about coming here again.I am truly grateful.

It has been 7 years since I stayed at Ishigaki Island's most comfortable, clean, and kind inn.It's a rental car shop!The sunrise view from the second floor is amazing!Spring water from Mt. OmoWhite peacocks and geese are right next to the inn.You can also see red-winged kingfishers and Yaeyama fruit bats.Southern Cross in winter tooYou can observe it. The owners are a wonderful couple and it is a sacred place!

Thank you for your prompt response to my urgent inquiry. We had a comfortable trip by recommending the best plan for use from the terminal, return at the airport, and sightseeing. Also, the car I used was in good condition, the price was reasonable, and the car navigation system had tourist spots registered, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing without stress. thank you very much.

I used a rental car.This is my personal opinion, but in one word it was the worst.It may not give a bad impression on the surface, but the promise is not fulfilled. I think it's probably because the company culture is such that they don't say things that are inconvenient.My impression was that they were a company-first company with zero user-first thinking.I'm afraid that by listing the details, the person could be identified and the personal information I've given them could be misused, so I refrain from listing the details, but frankly I don't want to use it again.Of course I went to Ishigaki Island to have fun, but I feel so disappointed and wasted so much time that I really regret taking advantage of it.

Use of rental car.I came back from Iriomote Island by ferry, so I picked up my car at the remote island terminal and dropped off at the airport.I used it because I was told that I could drop off my car, and it was really convenient!I was traveling with a child and had a lot of luggage, so being able to drive to an early morning flight was really helpful.Even when I requested a longer return time, even though I knew it was impossible, they responded flexibly and I was able to enjoy Ishigaki Island to the fullest!thank you very much.

When I rent a light car, the air conditioner doesn't work at all, the car navigation system has old data and is unusable, and the car navigation system's touch sensor is messed up and misrecognizes where I touch it, making it unusable. I had to cancel because the air conditioner wasn't working and I was afraid I would get heatstroke in the car. I thought it would be convenient because you can dispatch a car or drop it off at the airport. Cars suck.

First of all, the location is good. It's a little far from the city, so it's very quiet.Also, the room was spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable.In addition, there is a large refrigerator with tea, water, black tea, and ice, a washing machine with detergent, toothpaste in the washroom, and a massage chair.The owner will not contact you more than necessary, so it is recommended for people who want to enjoy the island at their leisure.
