I made a reservation a long time in advance for my child's fall vacation for the all-you-can-eat option, so there was a discount and it was a fun time. The room feels a little old, but since the purpose is all-you-can-eat, I think it's within the reasonable range considering the price!People who know the old days may be a little dissatisfied with the fact that there are fewer types of all-you-can-eat options than in the past. However, each one was delicious, so I felt satisfied. There are several baths (there are also baths in a separate building) and saunas, so you can relax in them depending on the time.It was a good trip because I could enjoy a lot of things for this price, including the hotel's customer service.

They gave us the utmost consideration during the coronavirus pandemic.Despite the small number of people booked, they provided the best possible service, and I have no complaints about the room, bath, and meals.I will definitely go again next time. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room with an open-air bath in the Queez Colina building for two nights and three days at the end of September.Stone oven bath on the wooden deck of the balcony. A mixed hot spring of sulfur spring and simple spring 🥰The large communal bath is located in a separate building, so it was convenient to use it as many times a day as I wanted. Even if it was too hot, it was great if you submerged it with water. The food is Banri, a Chinese restaurant that Sun Valley is proud of! Very satisfied with everything from Peking duck to shrimp chili. I made a custom birthday cake for Dekami🍰🤗A 15-minute drive from Nasu IC is a highland hot spring buffet paradise, the best.I visited for 2 nights and 3 days for the first time in a year. The mornings and evenings at the end of September were quite cold. I was very happy to be able to use two buffets, one in the main building and one in the Oriental Garden. We even prepared a cake for my wife's birthday.Queens Colina's twin room with an open-air bath.Since you have to walk to the large public bath, it is convenient and comfortable to have an open-air bath that you can use whenever you want. The mixed spring source is the best.At check-out, the general manager saw me off and we talked about various things. I have come to love Sun Valley Nasu even more because of the kind and courteous service.

The worst hotel ever. We booked a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath for 97,000 yen per night for four people. I had been looking forward to going there for several days as the hotel prides itself on its food, but I was disappointed to find that the building was quite dilapidated. Well, it can't be helped that it's old, but the room is not only poorly maintained, but also not cleaned. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands immediately after entering, the faucet was slimy with soap still on it, and there were spider webs in the Japanese-style room. The windows were so dirty that it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, and the bathroom on the balcony was full of mold and filthy. The public bath was wonderful, but the dinner buffet I was most looking forward to was frozen food, retort food, and the living things were chopped up sashimi scraps, and the seared horse mackerel was so smelly that it probably looked rotten, so I couldn't eat it. There is no.In the YouTube video introducing Sun Valley Nasu, you can see fresh-looking sashimi lined up, tempura such as freshly fried shrimp, steak grilled right in front of your eyes, and fruits such as melon, all served with unlimited servings. Since we had checked this many times, the whole family was very disappointed, and we were even more disappointed in this hotel because it was such a poor value for money hotel.
