Large room with huge bedStone mattress (so hard my back hurts...)Forced to remove the magnetic card otherwise the terminal to recharge the phone makes a lot of noise, it's not possible to sleep with this noise...The TV is so small that you need binoculars from your bedThe positive point is the price and the locationFor the rest I do not recommend

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the breakfast can't be beat. There was a line no matter what time I went, so I gave up on breakfast. Since it's free, should I just give up?

It was a very clean hotel. I stayed on the 11th floor and the water pressure was great and I had a very comfortable stay. I think the placement of the mirror is something that can't be helped, but I wonder why it's so popular to place it in front of the desk...It was very crowded due to the three-day weekend, but I was grateful that they offered a second option for the free breakfast crowd. It might be a good idea to make the announcement more clear.

I had made a reservation for an overnight stay in the near future, so I called them in advance and said, ``I'd like a blanket and a humidifier for my room,'' and they said, ``I'll give them to you at the front desk.''When I asked, ``You used to take care of this, has this changed?'' I was told in a strong tone, ``We do not install it in your room, you will have to pick it up at the front desk.''When I told him that it would be a bit heavy for me to carry both of them to my room by myself, he reluctantly said, ``I'll just set them up this time.''In the end, they accepted our request, but first of all, they responded aggressively without even a single word of apologies for not having the installation installed at the moment.Since you are a guest, you can easily imagine that you have luggage with you.If it's a small item, you can hand it over at the front desk, but I wondered how it would be appropriate for a service industry to ask guests to bring both a blanket and a humidifier to their rooms in addition to their original luggage.I think the way you say it is important. Even if the rules are different from before, or even if they can't be changed, if you feel sorry for your low attitude, I think it can't be helped, but why are you being so bullish? I thought that was a rude attitude. I felt like he probably didn't even realize that his behavior was rude.As someone who works at a hotel, I felt like they didn't know basic customer service. Finally, I said, ``I'd like to meet you that day,'' but she quickly said, ``Excuse me,'' and hung up. Even though the customer was telling them that they would like something to be done, I thought that this was an attitude coming from above. If it was a cheap rate, I'd think it would be acceptable, but since it's a normal rate for a business hotel, I wish they would provide better service.I felt very uncomfortable even before I stayed there. I had no choice but to stay overnight since there are no hotels nearby, but I was so irritated that I wish I hadn't called.

The rooms are the same as other Toyoko Inns.In the case of consecutive nights, there was a sign that said, ``The room will not be cleaned until the 4th day.We will change the towels and make the bed.'' However, the bed was not made at all until the 4th day. , You don't have to make the bed, but if you don't do it, you should write "not done." I've used Toyoko Inn many times, and I've felt very safe in the past, but this time... It was a display that made me feel a little suspicious.Since it was a weekend with an event, the breakfast venue was so crowded that people started lining up 30 minutes before opening, so I gave up on breakfast on Sunday.I felt that with only one breakfast venue for the number of rooms (more than 400), it would be difficult to accommodate during peak hours.

Toyoko Inn has relatively new facilities. The LCD TV is wall-mounted and there is also a shower on the ceiling. There are several salads and soups for breakfast, and I think it's a luxurious one among the Toyoko Inn series. There are 3 elevators and a flat parking lot, so you won't have to wait much in the morning.Bikes can also be parked at the covered entrance. The price is cheap compared to Utsunomiya and Oyama.Minus pointThe entrance to the parking lot is difficult to find and cannot be entered from the opposite lane. The air conditioner is noisy.

This is the only hotel availableI am allowed to use it at work at Dokkyo.I came here after a long time, but the parking lot is very inconvenient.Unauthorized parking by hospital patients and nursery school drop-offsI've heard that it can happenThere's no guide outsideDon't park there, don't park here either. Finally, the staff member Fuji◯ guided me to the place.Someone else was already parked there. If you find it troublesome to guide people outsideYou can stop in the order you arrive.I'm just giving instructions from inside the counter.very unfriendly

It's so beautiful! It’s also nice to have Coco’s next door! The downside is that the coin laundry is full when there are groups and it's a bit far to walk.
