The air conditioner didn't work at all even when I turned up the air speed, so when I looked at the filter, it was full of dust...The fluorescent light on the desk doesn't turn on either because it's broken or the bulb is out...For some reason the outlet socket is very dirty...All of the employees at the front desk and those I passed by were nice and greeted each other, but they were not able to clean, maintain, or manage the rooms at all. It was a shame because it was very close to JR Matsuyama Station and convenient.

good place・Free dinner on weekdaysThere will be a free dinner until 9pm. I didn't eat it because I couldn't make it in time, but it didn't seem like there was much.・Enhanced shampoo and conditionerThere is something luxurious at the front. There's also Febreze.・Manga rentalYou can read popular manga for free.Bad place・Unit bath smells badThere is a strange smell as soon as you enter. If you are sensitive to smells, please request a change of room. Shampoo, conditioner, and Febreze are available here., I thought this might be the cause.・Poor sense of cleanlinessIt is better to replace moldy shower curtains. Also, since the sheets keep slipping, I would appreciate it if you could make them into bags and use disposable hospital-style slippers.

The plan was to stay overnight. When I entered the room and opened the refrigerator, it was the person who had stayed there before. The handkerchief was frozen stiff (completely a man's item). I just delivered it to the lobby as a forgotten item. The person at the reception desk responded with a "Sorry, I wonder what's going on." I felt quite anxious when I found something I had forgotten in the fridge. When I returned to my room and opened the bathroom door, I found hair at the foot of the toilet. It felt disgusting so I wiped it off with a tissue and deodorant spray. When I washed my hands after going to the bathroom, the same hair fell into the bathtub again. I washed it off as hard as I could in the shower. If you look closely, the underside of the shower curtain is covered in red mold, and the hand washing area is also covered in black scum. Something like this was spreading out. For a while, I washed the area around the bathtub with a shower and checked it repeatedly. When I finally got out of the bathroom and tried to turn on the air purifier, there was a spider on the end of the cord...(It was alive!) I quickly stepped on it and turned it on. Then another spider came out from behind the refrigerator. I was pretty much at my limit at this point.Later, when I looked at the desk to spread out my belongings on it, I could see that it was covered in dust. I wiped it down again with tissues and deodorizing spray, thinking that I should give it a break. After using about 10 sheets, I finally stopped worrying about the dust, so I checked the desk next to my bed, and there was even more dust. The extension phone was so dusty that I couldn't even touch it (there was hair again), so I had to clean it for about an hour after I entered the room. I checked in around 7pm and wanted to take a bath right away, but by the time I finished, it was past 9pm.This was not the only hotel I found, and as I spent more time in the room, I found many unpleasant points. There was a bad odor coming from the shower curtain, the air conditioner was full of dust, the comforter was full of stains, there were mysterious stains on the bath towels, there were spiders, and I found lost items in the refrigerator. There may be some faults, but this is the first time I've ever been to a hotel where the cleanliness was so poor. Another hotel I stayed at in Nagoya (which was the same price as this plan for two people and consecutive nights) wasn't as bad. Although it was a plan that did not include cleaning, I did not feel that the rooms were well-cleaned in the first place. Looking at the photos posted here a month ago, it seemed like there were quite a few differences between the rooms.Even though the breakfast and amenities are complete, if the room you're supposed to rest in isn't as relaxing as this, I don't think there's any point in staying there. It was late that night, so I gave up on changing rooms and went to bed for the rest of the day. To be honest, I couldn't sleep at all because I was worried about being bitten by the spiders that appeared during the night. The next morning, I ate and wondered if I should change my room, but when I did, I felt so bad that I could have had flashbacks of what had happened, so I canceled my consecutive stay when I left in the morning. I asked for it.I felt very sorry because I had the impression that the receptionist on the first day was very responsive. When I told the same person that I was uncomfortable with the cleaning, I would like him to cancel.I was asked if I could change rooms, but I told them that it was no longer possible for me to stay there. Then, he said something that made my attitude change completely. (I have conveyed some of the unpleasant content mentioned above.) I was really shocked.I didn't think there would be any problems with the service, so I was disappointed.I apologized many times. I told them that staying on the second day was mentally tough, and they gave me a refund.I posted this because I wondered why the room had to be criticized even though it was not up to the standard of a typical hotel room.

Various hotel reservation sites said ``Breakfast Buffet POM Juice'' and there were pictures of it, so I thought I would be able to drink it, but in reality, POM juice was not available. I asked the employees just to be sure, but they said they didn't have any. POM juice scam...You can enter the public bath by going to another hotel. Towels must be brought from the room. There were plenty of amenities, especially the interdental brush, which I thought was unusual. It was interesting to see a rare employee at the breakfast buffet whose way of talking was exactly like a certain comedian.Although it was a smoking room, there was no smell inside. However, the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes. As I was walking down the hallway, I heard voices coming from behind the door, and the sounds of children screaming echoed in my ears. It's within walking distance from Matsuyama Station, but I didn't want to come back again.
