Customer service is curt. The room smells damp. The scenery is nice, but the weed control inside the facility and the signage of restricted areas within the facility are sloppy. Since it's not the main building, the amount of effort put into it is a huge difference.

How many years ago was the photo? It's not a matter of aging. It was grassy, the open-air bath was not maintained, and I got bitten by mosquitoes. The room was a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, but the corner of the room reeked of urine, and the whole room was damp and damp, and the futon was made of rice crackers, so I couldn't sleep soundly at all. The previous guest was with a child and must have urinated in the room. By the way, it's not a rainy day. There is also a strange smell of urine in the hallway.I have stayed at many old inns,There's nothing worse than thisFor breakfast, I went to the buffet in the annex, and it was clean and lively. It's better to avoid here

The breakfast included was delicious at Isobe Garden. The room we stayed in was also sufficient. The hot spring was warm.

I visited for the first time on a bike tour on a Friday in mid-March.I arrived at Isobe Garden by passing two cherry blossoms and gates, and was guided to a place where I could park my bicycle under the eaves at the entrance. It's nice to have it under the eaves, but I think some people might be concerned about it because it's next to the standard tarpaulin space. Also, the ground was a little slippery so you have to be careful. Is there a strangely stylish smoking room on the way to the room? had.The room was on the first floor, but had a good view of the Usui riverbank. The room was large and luxurious, but because it was made of wood, I could hear a lot of voices and the TV from the next room. For some reason, no matter how many times I entered the password, I could not connect to Wi-Fi. (Docomo is connected though)Also, the bed is made up of tatami mats and a thin mattress, so many people find it hard and uncomfortable. Is this the traditional sleeping style? The hot spring has an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a small open-air water bath, and the water bath felt comfortable at about 20 degrees Celsius. The indoor bath and cold bath were colorless and transparent, but the outdoor bath was slippery with coppery brown deposits. There are no lockers with keys at the hot springs, so if you are interested, you will have to go to the front desk and leave your room key.For breakfast, I get a breakfast ticket, cherry blossoms, and badge at the front desk, and then go to Isobe Garden, which is about a 3-minute walk, to eat.Breakfast was good with a wide variety of items. There are also plenty of shops, so you can buy souvenirs here.In summary, there are a lot of issues with the Wi-Fi in the room, the thinness of the walls, the hardness of the bed, and the lockers in the bath, but I highly recommend it because you can feel like a tourist at the same price as a business hotel.I think it's a good place to use as a base for touring, as you can enjoy visiting Myogi, Usui, Haruna, Ueno, etc.

This restaurant has been streamlined and specializes in serving only on holidays, so meals can be taken at Isobe Garden. The rooms have tatami beds, but it seems that there are not necessarily enough beds for the number of people.I only met the male front desk staff, so I guess he's usually alone. The bath was strange, and even though there was a sign in the changing room saying it was a 56°C hot spring, the Shigaraki-yaki bathtub was labeled as ``hot spring from the source'' and the water was cold, even though the hot water was supplied by a gutter. Although it is listed as containing iron and sodium, the hot spring water from the source and one open-air bath were salty, and the water from the other three baths had no taste.
