As per the previous reviews, the food, baths, and customer service were all very good. It's close to Yubatake, so I thought it was the best inn for sightseeing in Kusatsu.

All the employees were very polite and kind, and I felt very comfortable.Yubatake is also conveniently located nearby (although the scenery is a little strange). The food was delicious and we enjoyed it slowly. We incorporated a lot of local ingredients, and we were able to fully enjoy Gunma.Of course, the bath was also nice.I could use the parking lot for a long time, so I took a leisurely look at the Yubatake the next day before returning.

Love this hotel! Super clean and staff is very nice, respectful and attentive. Location is also only a 5 minute walk to the main area of Kusatsu OnsenThe traditional Japanese beds are actually super comfortable, slept amazing! Private onsen can be booked at the reception for around ¥3000 for 45 minutes.

General review: The facilities and rooms are old, but the water is drawn from the Yubatake hot spring source, and the food and service are very good.◯Location: About 5 minutes walk from Yubatake◯Hot springs: Indoor bath is Yubatake source, open-air bath is Bandai Mine◯Indoor bath: Hot water and warm water are separated.◯Service: There are many Japanese seniors and it is calm.◯Meals: Careful work, speed of delivery was perfect, I felt the staff's care.△Room: The room is old overall, the bathroom in the room is worn out (probably because the priority for facility renovation was low), and the futon is thin.

The room was spacious and the food was good.Perhaps because it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded and I was able to use the open-air bath as if I had reserved it for myself.

The staff's response is wonderful. You'll have a wonderful time. The perfect location for a walk, close to Yubatake. The food is delicious and the soup comes out well. The main dish, Joshu beef sukiyaki, has no smell and is easy to eat. This is an inn that I would like to use again.
