The hotel's 32 parking spaces are expected to fill up quickly. There is no affiliated parking lot, so please search for it yourself in advance. The old man at the directly managed parking lot and the woman at the front desk don't show the map to customers, they just look at it themselves, and they only tell you the names of places and common names and give you directions that only locals would understand. The closest parking lot is behind the Green Rich Hotel, just across Tachibana-dori, and it costs 900 yen for 12 hours, and 100 yen for every 20 minutes after that (you only have to cross the crosswalk once, so even if you wait, it's a 2.3-minute walk). There is a parking lot in the back that charges 800 yen for 12 hours and 100 yen for every 30 minutes after that, but for some reason they recommend a parking lot that is a little further away, via two crosswalks, and has a manager. The charge is 1,000 yen until 7 a.m., and 100 yen for the next hour, but be careful as you may be charged 3,000 yen depending on the type of car.I've stayed here several times, and each person's response is completely different, so if you're disappointed, you'll be given instructions that you can't communicate with even though they're in Japanese, so be careful. Also, I couldn't sleep on the top floor of the hotel because of the footsteps from the floors above. When I contacted the front desk, I was able to change the room, but the response I got was, ``Is it really noisy?''It seems that the sounds of people walking in heels and people dragging chairs in groups does not subside until after 1am.It's past 8am. The weather is clear. When you open the window, there is a wall. The view is the wall. The sounds outside are very loud. There was no explanation about the view at check-in. (It's not a plan to give up on the scenery either)The washbasin in the unit bath... I wonder if something could have been done about the rust during the renovation. The only way to the front desk is via the elevator in the back or the stairs. As usual, the escalator remained stationary by default.

I used it on my first business trip to Miyazaki. I was very satisfied.・First of all, it's cheap! ! At the hotels around here, the price was around 10,000 yen, but here it was only a few thousand yen. I was a little worried at first because it was reasonably priced and the outside looked a little old, but I was surprised at how clean it was inside. I stayed in a renovated room, including new wallpaper and bed. I'm happy to be able to watch Netflix on TV.・Despite being in Nishitachi, I was able to sleep peacefully at night. There was a little noise from the refrigerator, but it didn't bother me.・The restaurant had a breakfast buffet. We ate a lot of delicious food, including the local chicken nanban. I think you should use it for traveling or business trips because it is more than the price.・Transportation was very convenient. You can get there from the airport with a single buzz, and it's about a 15 minute walk to Miyazaki Station, but there are lots of shops along the way so it doesn't feel like it's that long.It seems like it's still under renovation, so I'm looking forward to the next changes.

Stayed in October 2024. We were shown to a renovated room.In fact, I had stayed at the same hotel a few years ago (when I was at the Ariston Hotel), and had been bothered by the noise from the Backdoor Miyazaki store across the alley (playing loud advertisements late at night).I didn't hear that noise this time, and I don't know if it was just one of those days or if I had drastically reduced the volume, but it was a big help. (The name of the hotel had changed due to renovations, so I didn't notice it at the reservation stage and regretted it the moment I arrived.)Since it has been renovated, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and there are no issues.Prices are also lower compared to nearby hotels.

A room without meals near the station costs less than 4,000 yen. However, high-height cars such as one-box cars cannot be parked, and you will be directed to a nearby parking lot.

I used it on a business trip to Miyazaki.First of all, the hotel itself is undeniably old.*Some floors are currently under renovation. However, the location is quite good as it is close to the downtown area and there are many restaurants around.I think the price is reasonable at 7,140 yen per night. Before 9 a.m. someone from the next room was pounding with a hammer to repair something? Kabeden heard a similar sound, and at first I didn't worry about it that much.It wasn't there, but it continued for a while, so I opened the entrance door and checked, and there were cleaning tools there, so I guess something was being repaired.*I checked by putting my ear against the wall, so I'm sure it's correct. When checking out, please inform the front deskI was told that no renovations were being done on that floor. When I said, ``No, in reality, the noise has been going on for a long time,'' the lady at the front desk told me in a high-handed manner, ``But there's no construction going on on that floor.''When I told him again, ``Actually, the sound had been going on for a certain period of time.''"I'm sorry," he said with a slightly mocking look and attitude.Even if a contractor was not doing construction work on the same floor, there is a possibility that the cleaner or staff member was tapping with a hammer and was making the noise, so as soon as I checked, I simply said, ``I'm sorry for that.'' I don't know why they said this in such a high-pressure way, even though it would have been better if they just apologized and said, "I did it."I don't think I'll ever use it again.

We used it for a trip to Miyazaki with 2 adults and 2 elementary school students. In addition to being reasonably priced, I was grateful that elementary school students could share a bed for free! From the moment I entered the room, the air conditioning was on and it was comfortable. Although the size is commensurate with the price, every place was kept well-maintained. I didn't try the breakfast, but from what I saw in the advertisement it looked really good. I would like to use it again.
