The soundproofing is not good but I can sleep well so it's not badThere is a bar next door but no noise was heardThe room is small and the hot water does not go hot or cold.The room layout is ordinary,No TV, just a place to sleep

Nice hotel, very well located in the center, with clean rooms, daily room service and all kinds of complimentary products in the room (gel, shampoo, toothbrush, tea, hairdryer, water in glass bottles, towels). It has a shared pool with the bar across the street. Friendly staff.The only bad thing is that it has a bar right in front that has very loud music all afternoon and until 12-1 am. Although the hotel offers earplugs if you need them for free.

This is a confusing hotel.📌 The LocationThe location is both great and terrible at the same time. It’s walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and markets. BUT it’s right next to a bar that plays loud music at night from 7pm to 1 am. You can hear the music in your room. You need ear plugs to sleep.📌 The RoomThe room sometimes smells like sewer and sometimes it doesn’t.There is a water heater but sometimes it’s not that hot?The room itself is nice, but there is no house keeping service.—Overall I would not stay here again. I would not recommend my friends or family to stay here.I recommend to stay in a normal hotel that has room service, is quiet and you can sleep peacefully.

Lovely place! Owner is very kind and friendly. Bathroom water pressure is actually the best one I have had throughout the whole Chiang Mai trip. Worth the price!

The story that often comes up in Chiang Mai hotel reviews is as follows.1. Noise in hotel rooms2. Environmental noise outside the hotel3. Sewer smell4. Cleaning hygiene statusThis place fails in all four of these.The bedding there is uncomfortable and the lack of sunlight makes it depressing to stay in the room.What's surprising is that the room was not cleaned once during the three days I stayed, and the Chinese person who appears to be the owner is very blunt. No matter how hard you try to understand it as a cost-effective hotel, it is difficult to recommend it because there are many other hotels in this price range that are good. Aside from the strange noises from the next room, the sound of the washing machine running in the back, around 10pm, you can suddenly hear loud music coming from the bar right in front. The smell of sewage permeated the room, and when I went in after checking in on the first day, the woman's long hair on the floor was very annoying. I don't know what the boutique hotel concept is, but I recommend staying at a formal hotel where front desk staff and servers are always present.

Stayed here for two nights. The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious and offered access to a fridge. The area was also nice and quiet so we didn't find any issue with noise. The beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable for having three sleep in one room with two beds.We were expecting to check in late and the owner was very quick to message back over airbnb when we let them know so it wouldn't be an issue.The shower set up wasn't great and we had an issue with the water draining incredibly slowly, creating a water build up if your shower went too long. Airbnb also said there would be breakfast available but when I asked the front desk he said there was no breakfast.Overall, a lovely hotel with proximity to some great restaurants and shops.

A clean and pretty fairytale home feeling.It's close to new construction, built in 2017, and the small garden is pretty.The location is very good and the price is good too.The owner is also friendly ^^
