Awesome hotel that is in a very nice neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our time there and the rooms were great! Very clean and stunning, the Japanese decor there was really cool, especially for a first time visitor. I would 100% recommend and go there again.

I would NOT recommend Yanaka Sow!!I’ve been to Japan more than 5 times and by far that was the worst experience I’ve ever had.The property is surrounded by cemeteries on all sides (360!!), which was not mentioned in the listing. It felt very unsafe. There are no staff on-site, and the nearest convenience store is a 10-minute walk through the cemeteries. We booked for 9 nights but couldn’t even stay for one due to the unsettling atmosphere, hearing footsteps on the upper floor (we were on the top floor), knocking at night and the motion sensors turns on at night.Four days later, there has been no response or refund despite contacting the property.I really don’t think they want returning customers, they just want to scam you with the price so you’d book for a long period but they know you’d get out after a day.No one can book this place.A house surrounded by cemeteries, even the balcony overlooks them, and the area is far and wide. All night there were noises at the balcony and the ceiling, and on top of all that, there were no employees who entered and came up with a code.I seek refuge in God, to be honest, it was a horror movie. I felt like the hotel was built on a graveyard.

I have stayed in a mountain view room, a river view room, an ocean view room, and a city view room. This is the first time I have stayed in a tomb view room.

Very pleasant accommodation for a family stay in Tokyo. Quiet neighborhood. It is sometimes a little difficult to find a restaurant that serves foreigners in the neighborhood.

The room is clean. Smart home. But not a single employeeWith the entire street surrounding the 360-degree cemetery, the tombstonesIt's really scaryIt’s scary to walk on the street during the day, let alone at nightI really just dare to call a taxi back. There are no functional supermarkets around. There is only one word: afraid.Apart from not caring about cemeteries, I really think I should think twice.I almost didn’t dare to sleep all night long………….
