A clean and comfortable Japanese-style hotel; the grandpa is very polite. Although there is only one bathroom, I stayed there for three nights and only had to wait in line once, so it is acceptable. There are two toilets on one floor which are very sufficient. Overall Super clean! Highly recommended, will visit again!

The owner is very friendly and will help if you need to send luggage to the airport, but there seems to be no staff on Sunday.Check into the loft type room on the first floor, which is about 3 to 4 people (double rooms should be on the second floor, because in addition to the public space on the first floor, there are men's toilets, women's toilets, and bathrooms). The upper level of the loft can sleep two people and has windows. But it is locked; if there are two people on the lower floor, one of the mattresses will not be completely flat.The quilt has a little bit of hair on it, so it feels a little rough; the tatami is a little obviously dirty, but overall it's clean and tidy, and the bathroom and toilet are also quite clean.Japanese pajamas and towels are provided.In addition, sound insulation is an obvious shortcoming. Fortunately, everyone paid attention to the sound volume during the two days we stayed. The price/performance ratio is still very good. I will definitely consider staying here if I have the opportunity to go to Nagano again.

The room and toilet are clean. There is a supermarket nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Ueno Station.

It was nice that it was close enough to the station on foot, but the door was poorly installed, and when I called the owner, he grumpily opened it for me and told me to open it myself next time. It was our fault for calling twice, but it would have been helpful if you could have been more kind.I think only the cost performance is good.
