I was surprised at how bad the staff's attitude was.In particular, the rental staff was very rude.Normally, I think they would ask you about your height and choose a board for you, but they handed it to you randomly.I'm sorry I didn't mention it at the time, but as expected, when I put it on on the slopes, the belt was loose and the board was too long.I went back and had it changed, but this is the first time I've seen a place that rents out random things like this.If it's your first time using a board, you probably won't understand it and will just slide off, which is just too dangerous.The rice was like a frozen lunch buffet, but it was cheap so it was acceptable.The water pressure in the bathroom in the room was very weak.It might depend on the room, but even at 162cm I could barely touch the ceiling, so it might be more difficult for tall people.Well, it's a lodge and it's one of the cheapest around here, so I wasn't expecting much from the food and facilities, but I think they should do something about training the staff.

worst. I would like my upgrade price back.I went to a site where you can apply for a one-day ski tour, and I applied for a plan to rent two items: a snowboard and boots. I thought I could rent those two items for the plan fee of 7,380 yen, but there was an upgrade fee for the board recommended for beginners, and it cost 1,000 yen for each board and boots to upgrade. You can choose not to upgrade, but if you choose standard boots, you will be forced to wear boots that do not seem to be waterproof, so you will inevitably have to upgrade your boots. did. I thought the attitude was impossible.One of the boards I borrowed was missing the heel part.There were also two other parts that were broken, and when I told the staff, they only offered me a heartfelt apology. It's scary to think that if the person using it were to get injured, the board would come off and fall. If I were to operate as a rental shop, I would want the boards to be properly maintained.I came to Niigata thinking it would be a fun memory, but I am very disappointed that something unpleasant happened. Less than 1 star.

Other than the fact that the bath temperature was too high and the shower was incomprehensibly weak, the room and food were perfectly acceptable.In fact, the food was delicious.But the harshness of rentals seems to drown out all that.When renting a board, there is a system of upgrades that I don't understand, and even though it's extremely expensive, it's not that different from the standard board. What's more, they bring the board to you without asking your height and weight.Because such parts were omitted, there were many dangerous parts such as the board and boots coming off easily.It's usually out of the question.I think it would be better to pay a little more and go somewhere else instead of going here because there is less chance of getting injured on a rented board.

I went there after reading the reviews here, so I was prepared, but it was completely normal. It's worth the price.The staff was very responsive and the location was good, close to the station and ski resort.The building seems to be old, so it's showing its age, but I didn't feel it was dirty. Was there a note in the room saying the walls were thin? However, I didn't notice any noise, probably because the people in the rooms around me weren't noisy.There was a stove in the room, and the stove alone was warm.The bath was a unit bath, so it was difficult to adjust the hot water, but it was okay. There was shampoo and conditioner left, so if you're concerned about your hair becoming crispy, you should bring your own.There are no towels provided, so you will have to bring your own or rent one.The rice was served buffet style, and although there wasn't a lot of variety, it was delicious. When it runs low, the staff will replenish it immediately.I paid an additional fee and ordered a hotpot, but unfortunately the garlic was so strong that it only tasted like garlic 😅There were a lot of young people, including groups of college-age boys, couples, and families!

Considering it's an old building, I think it was a good value for the money and the rooms were average.It was nice that the sink and restroom were also clean.The food was delicious and had a variety of items that made me feel like I was back at home.Well, I thought, this is what it's like to stay on the slopes. I think it's suitable for a training camp for young people.The bar on the first floor was also very reasonably priced at 333 yen (3 drinks for 1000 yen), and it was a very comfortable space.

I was worried because the reviews were mixed, but I think this is what a traditional ski inn should be like. Above all, it was very helpful that it was accessible on foot from both the station and the ski resort.There is no convenience store nearby, but there is a day-trip center across the street where you can purchase alcohol, sweets, snacks, souvenirs, and more.I stayed for 2 nights and the menu had changed and I was very satisfied with the food. I was happy that there was not only fried food but also boiled food.However, the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors not only talking but also snoring. I think we are both...If you were born in the Showa era, I don't think there will be any problems.
