I was confused because the owner's customer service was very sloppy and when I asked him to explain the air conditioner, he responded with a bit of an angry response. I recommend another accommodation.

I stayed here for one night without meals for my daughter's soccer (U12) trip.It was July 2024, but it was a super cheap price of 4,000 yen per night. The building is a little old but clean inside. The bath is hot and has hot water flowing directly from the source. The acidity makes your skin smooth. There are times when families can reserve the bath for their own use, and it seems that they can use lukewarm water. The bath looks like it was renovated 2 or 3 years ago and is beautiful. It seems that the owner has just had a child, so they are taking a temporary break from serving meals. There are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any problems if you can afford it.Bedtime is 11:45 p.m. no smoking. There are rules. This pension is perfect for young people who want to liven up and drink until late at night.I think it's perfect for golf, skiing, family, etc. There are also many soccer grounds, so it might be a good idea to rent them out for a training camp.I feel like if you talk to the owner, they will be able to provide you with meals.I stayed there in July, just after the rainy season, and I slept with the windows open at night without an air conditioner, and it was a bit cold but comfortable. There seem to be many regulars. This time, I want to do it with my whole family.

It was truly the worst.I traveled all the way here and made a reservation, but I was told that I smelled like smoke and was kicked out. This is the first time in my life that I have received such customer service. If you are going to come here, you should go somewhere else. I think, being treated with such a disrespectful attitude makes me feel terrible.

This place really sucked. If there is a smell of cigarettes, you will be turned away and young people will be treated with a disrespectful attitude.I have never heard of or seen anything this bad.I recommend that no one go there. The room is also filthy. For this amount of money, there is no way. I felt that

I decided to stay with 2 people during the holidays, and in conclusion, it was a necessary and sufficient accommodation.LocationIt's a fair walk from Yubatake, but it's not too far to walk, and the convenience store is not too far to go. Since you will be walking in a somewhat dark place, I think it would be better to have a handheld light at night.equipmentIt was showing its age in some places, but even in the middle of winter it wasn't cold, in fact, the room was so warm that it seemed to be drying out. Also, the toilets, baths, and other water facilities are shared, but they have been renovated so there was no inconvenience. The only thing that bothers me a little is the stairs in front of the front desk, which are slightly sloped and the floor sinks, so you need to be careful if you have baggage.serviceThe host is a quiet person, but he was able to clearly explain how to use the facilities and any questions we had. Also, since various precautions are clearly stated in advance, I felt that the user base was well self-governed.priceI think 5,000 yen per person is cheap enough for last-minute and consecutive holidays. The bath can be reserved for private use, so you can take a relaxing bath.mealI was staying overnight without meals, but the shabu-shabu from other reviews looked very delicious, so I told my husband that I would like to come with a meal next time, but he told me that the restaurant has been closed since he was injured in 2013. It was about. disappointing.

I used the overnight plan for a hot spring treatment. We had dinner at one of the many restaurants near Yubatake. Overall I'm very satisfied. The bath is reserved for 40 minutes at night, so you can relax in it.I will use it again next time!
