It smells musty anyway. It was extremely humid, perhaps because of the location, so it felt quite painful.Light sound equipment was good.More than half of the vending machines were sold out. They will take my car out to the convenience store, but I was told that I can only take it out once a day.

I used it at a light music club training camp.It was a perfect place to practice music as there were not many customers and you could practice hard even during the night.I thought it was a very good hotel depending on the purpose, as they kindly accommodated those who were not feeling well.I'm really thankful to you!

I used it in a training session the other day. I had heard a lot of reviews, word of mouth, and various rumors, so I was a little apprehensive when I rented it for the first time for a few days of overnight training. I went out of my way to stay overnight without meals just before the actual performance, and I did my best to accommodate all of our requests, including the arrangement of desks and chairs, heating equipment, changing screens, incorrect wiring for the projector, and the number of people staying in the room. Thank you very much to all the managers and staff who responded to our request. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious and well-balanced, with lots of seasonal ingredients and vegetables, which was a great motivation booster during the difficult training. All of the meals were delicious and showed the professionalism of the chef, who wanted to provide warm and delicious food made in the kitchen, as well as the awareness of health management especially at this time of year. Personally, the croissant sandwich 🥐 that I had for breakfast was the best in volume and value for money, and I felt as if I was having a leisurely breakfast at a cafe. The facility itself is old, but this time we were able to conduct the best training with the warm hospitality of the staff. I'm really thankful to you.

Last Saturday (4th), I heard that there was a dance party, so I was invited by an acquaintance from a dance club to join the tour with the group.Below is a list of what the group and the students felt.① Because the building is extremely old, it was cold no matter where you walked inside.② The heating in the room was not turned on in advance, so it was cold. Even if you turn the air volume to maximum with an old heater, it won't warm you up. After I turn on the heating, moths fly in one after another (because the room is better even if it doesn't heat up). The women's room was in trouble because stink bugs were flying around.③ Dinner is a buffet, but the number of items is extremely small. When I tried eating the broccoli in my vegetable salad, it was raw. Broccoli has to be boiled to be no good!!! The way the vegetables are cut is rough and I've never seen it cut before. The spaghetti was thin like somen noodles and didn't have a good texture. Even hot food is cold and doesn't taste good. All the participating members were angry and said, "That's not food for humans!"If you have a meal like this, Yukai Resort's buffet (Japanese, Western, and Chinese) will feel more luxurious, as it has a richer selection and quantity, and is always replenished.④ When I got into my futon at night, the mattress and comforter were cold, probably because the room was cold. If I had a blanket, I might have been able to withstand the coldness of the sheets a little. People with high blood pressure should be careful.⑤ The next morning, I didn't have the casual shirt I had put on the hanger for the trip home. The two people I shared a room with also checked their luggage, but they couldn't find it. There was nothing left behind at the party venue. In the end, it was so cold that I didn't have breakfast. In conclusion, a ghost must have taken my shirt away.➅ I returned the room key to the front desk when I left, but when I rang the bell, there was no one at the front desk. All the employees who came from Hakuba to support us are busy. This is my first experience without checking out at the front desk. Therefore, since there was no farewell, I went home lonely.I have stayed at many hot spring hotels in Oki, Hokuriku, Gifu, Niigata, Nagano, and Aichi, but this time was by far the worst I have ever experienced. For that reason, I have no grudge against Terao Onsen, but as someone who used to work in the chain store industry, I will objectively assess the hotel's business, and as a result, I will give it a rating of 1 star.

I thought I was going to take a day trip and take a bath, but I was told I was only staying overnight, which was disappointing.
