As soon as I entered the room, a cockroach appeared. I was asked to change rooms immediately...We did not use the outdoor open-air bath due to heavy rain. There are no restaurants nearby, so if you don't have dinner, you'll have to eat somewhere else.I recommend that you go there.

I used it on a snowboarding tour about a month ago. I was injured at the ski resort, but as soon as a rescue worker contacted the hotel, a staff member came to pick me up. I then contacted the emergency department in the city and was sent to the hospital. When I told him that I wanted to go back to Tokyo early the next day, he took me to the Shinkansen station. Even though I was in pain and worried, your kind support really helped me.The rooms are spacious with great views. It is also close to Yomase Onsen Ski Resort and easy to access. Please try it once.

The scenery is nice and there are hot springs. There's also a coin laundry.I think it's good. HoweverIf it snows, the slope can be tough.I don't know.

We recommend taking a bath in the outdoor bath outside the hotel 👍 If your room is on the mountain side, the view is not good, but the room on the opposite side has a view of Nakano city and is beautiful at night. The food doesn't change much and I feel like it's the same every time I go...I'd be happy if they changed it up a little.

First of all, the food is a buffet, but it's the worst. I was disappointed because there were not many items and the taste was poor. It wasn't like this 4*5 years ago. Well, it really sucks. I can't recommend it enough.

I went in late September. The open-air bath located away from the main building can be used by day-trippers. It was still a very hot day, and the source water was high, so I couldn't stay in the water for long.Although the bath has a nice view, it is small with only 8 washing areas, so be careful when it is crowded. The hotel reception is handled by a woman in a T-shirt. At first, even when I approached her, she didn't respond, and I didn't really know if it was okay to call out to her. There is an air conditioner in the corner of the room, but the temperature cannot be adjusted. During the day, when it was extremely hot, it took a while for the room to cool down because it was so large. Perhaps due to a lack of staff, towels that had been used by someone else were still left in the bathroom of the room.It may be rare to see BS on TV.At night, when I went to the dining hall 5 minutes before my first flight, the hall on that floor was completely dark. The lights in front of the venue were also out. Did you get the time wrong? It was so worrying. I understand that it saves money, but it might be better to turn on the light about 30 minutes in advance. If you have experience with a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, you may be a little disappointed. The meat came out, but there was a half-mouth-sized meatball in the stir-fried stew. I felt that if I increased the size of the meatballs, it would look a little different, as it would be the main dish. I don't feel like it's a main dish, so I feel like there's only vegetables.Pickled Chinese cabbage in the morning? It's salty when you eat it! My companion seemed to have turned into a lump of salt.I would like to know that the more you make a large quantity, the more even the flavor will be, or that you would like to have a taste test. It was a hotel that tried its best to save money where it could.

I have never stayed at a hotel, but for the past 20 years I have been frequently taking day trips to the hot springs after skiing in Shiga Kogen. This time, we booked a day trip private bath for a family trip where we were sleeping in the car.I posted it because I was able to take a photo, but the private bath has a spectacular view and there are plenty of amenities including a sauna 👍My 6 year old son was also very happy.Above all, the person who helped me when I made the reservation and the female staff who served me when I visited were very kind and courteous.I talked to my family about wanting to come down from the mountain and stay the night here, not only for day trips to the baths, but also for skiing in Shiga.
