Due to the local internet connection being cut off, I was unable to work and booked a co-working space for the morning of the day.There were no problems with the connection speed, and even in the hot summer weather, the air conditioner worked well and I was able to work comfortably.The parking lot is located a short distance after entering the willow path on the left as you face the main building and turning right.The location is one street away from the main street, so it's quiet and you can work in peace.The internet speed is also perfect, so I think it's very useful when you want to concentrate on your work or when you have multiple web meetings a day.There doesn't seem to be anyone on duty, so it's mostly self-service. PayPay is almost required, so it's better to have the app installed. It costs 1,000 yen for up to 12 hours a day, which is a very reasonable price.

Anyway, it's simpleThere is no TV in the guest room, but there is an A type power port and WIFI (though it's difficult to play games).If you were looking for a place to sleep after eating in Nakano, it would be something like that (last-minute check-in before 10 p.m., the receptionist answered via a tablet).There are no explanations (stickers) about whether or not they are conscious of fashion, so you have to guess and react accordingly. I noticed the bath mat when I came out of the shower room [was it there? I must have used a bath towel].

The Western restaurant was delicious. The other day I had Omu Napoli, and this time I had Hayashi Rice as Omu Hayashi (*^^*) When I talked to the staff at the restaurant, they said I could have it as is, so it was delicious.I would like to go for an adult lunch next time.

A lot of these reviews are complaining about the temperature, check in tablet, and hallway water source. I don’t understand where these are coming from as all were incredibly simple to operate. Maybe they’ve updated the facilities recently. Room was spacious and hot water shower was great.Only complaint is restaurants in the area have weird hours only opening at 11 for breakfast and 6 for dinner which was annoying given no kitchen facilities. Additionally, there was a strong bad smell when we got to the room but it went away after turning on the heater and airing the room out.The staff and owner was incredibly accommodating as we had no car they offered to drive us to a rental spot and even called in advice to see if they’d have one available as we speak very little Japanese. She called her son who spoke english so he could help guide us.

I read through some of the other reviews of this accommodation and I don’t feel it deserves some of the critiques it received.The rooms and building seem to be newly renovated. The rooms were warm and very clean. There was a bad smell in the room when we first arrived however it dissipated eventually by opening a window and airing out the room. There was a washing machine, microwave, toaster, plates/utensils, and private showers to use on the first floor. The showers had hot water and good water pressure with provided soap and shampoo. The stairs are a bit steep so be careful and walk slowly.The owners of this accommodation went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I figure out taxi and rental car options. They called the local rental car stores and even offered to drive us to them.I would recommend setting up a rental car in advance before coming if you don’t own a car. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants in walking distance, but the onsens, ski mountains, and other attractions are hard to reach by train or foot.Overall we had a very comfortable stay at Zenya and would stay again!

The parking lot is located at the end of the narrow road on the left and turn right. You can enter and exit from the back door on the parking lot side without going to the main street.It's basically self-service, so unless there's something wrong, you won't have contact with the staff.The exterior looks nice, perhaps because it's an old house being renovated, but the rooms are cold in the winter and hard to warm up. Also, each step of the stairs is narrow and steep. The slippers you provide are made of smooth material and are very dangerous. The guest rooms are on the second floor, but the restrooms and other facilities are all on the first floor. There is only one washbasin on the first floor. There is no bath, but two shower rooms.Perhaps for that reason, a free bathing ticket for Ponpokonoyu, which is a 10-minute drive away, is provided in your room.You can freely use one microwave oven and one washing machine. Tableware such as spoons, forks, chopsticks, plastic wrap, and paper plates are also provided for you to use freely.There is a water server in the hallway on the second floor, so it's nice to have hot and cold water available right away.

The bed was great. However, you can easily hear the sound of the road outside and the sound from the next room, and the soundproofing is not very good, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise. The cost performance is also not that good.
