I stayed here on May 3, 2024 during the high season.I arrived by car, but there were only 4 spaces in the parking lot in front of the hotel, so I was directed to the affiliated parking lot in front of Chugeki Station.Since it was high season and accommodation fees were high, we were able to get a free parking ticket for one night's parking.The reason for the 3 star guest room is that this building is 30 years old.Although it was clean, there was hair left in the unit bath and the cleaning was very sloppy.Regarding the 4 star service,There will be a welcome drink at 15:00. However, you will have to adjust it yourself.The room is equipped with Kao hand soap, body soap, and conditioner shampoo.In addition, you can find most of the supplies you need for your stay, such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, emulsion, etc. next to the front desk on the first floor.If you have sensitive skin, we recommend that you bring your own.There is also a coin laundry. There are P&G gel balls for detergent.There is also an ice machine in the same space.There were also comics.Regarding the 4-star location rating, the location is good as it is within a 5-minute walk from JR Toyama Station.Even if you stay overnight without meals, there are many restaurants nearby, which is quite good.

I used it when there was an event at Toyama International Conference Center. The location was convenient, close to the international conference center and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was rich and varied, including pickled firefly squid. Also, the welcome beer, late-night ramen, and ochazuke are more than enough for this price and quality. The room has a slight smell from the bathroom, but it's not that bad. On rainy days, the sound of water dripping through the air conditioner echoed through the room, which bothered me a bit.

I chose this inn because it had all-you-can-drink alcohol and the breakfast was delicious.Alcohol is beer and potato shochu, no wine. But it's okay after drinking elsewhere, but the breakfast was tasteless.Every comment said that the breakfast was delicious, but it was so bad that there was nothing to eat.Learn more about breakfast in other places. Terrible experience. Booked through agoda with a discount for specifically "non smoking room" with clear remarks "customer is asthmatic, strictly non smoking room". Yet upon check in, receptionist said there is no non smoking room left so i have to stay in a smoking level smoking room for 4 days 3 nights. And she added that with my discounted price, i cant have room cleaning service and have to use the same towels everyday which i was not informed about during booking. Even with a discount, do i have to put my health at risk? I repeatedly said i am asthmatic and this is not the room i paid for, but she ignored me. It is late at night now and i was not informed about this before hand else I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. Room is old and small, poor smell all the way from the corridor to the room, and poor sound insulation. I dont care that they have free flow beer or drinks at level 1 when they are putting my health at risk and triggering my asthma. I had checked with agoda that said they didnt know this hotel put me to a smoking room despite the orders.

Please note that the front desk will be unmanned from 10:00 to 15:00, so large luggage cannot be delivered.There was a numbered locker at the entrance that could fit a small carry-on, but I couldn't use it because I didn't know the lock number.

And, smoothly (cold reply)I made a reservation looking forward to the welcome drink, but of course there was no explanation given.That's how I felt so I didn't use it.There are various services available, so you can stay there without any problems except for the receptionist, and there are many bars nearby, so I think it's a good place.I will never go there again!

After checking in, you can drink all-you-can-drink alcohol other than beer, such as Iichiko, Masujusen, Black Nikka, and plum wine, along with lime, peach, and lemon from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Soft drinks are available next to the front desk.For carbonated water, click here. Instead of drinking in the lobby, you can bring it to your room. Isn't it a little troublesome to come to get drinks? There is a gown next to the front desk, but it is not in the room, so please secure it here. Shampoo and body soap are also available around here. There are some provided in the room, but I would like to use the best one.Toothbrushes, cotton swabs, razors, body sponges, and disposable slippers are available next to the elevator on the first floor. The room is a business hotel. The walls are thin so you might be able to hear the TV next door. Only app members can enjoy self-service ramen from 18:00 to 21:00. There was so much snoring from the room next door that I couldn't sleep. Are the front desk and cafeteria staff from Southwest Asia? There was no Japanese staff at the hotel, so I was arguing with other customers at the front desk.
