No cooler boxes or food or drinks allowed in the room. For some reason, there is a refrigerator outside, which is shared by all guests.I had a lot of trouble because there was no bookmark in the room with information about the inn, rules, etc.Apparently you can eat breakfast in your room, but I didn't know because there was no information. There was free WiFi, but there was nothing written in the room with the password, and when I checked, it was just pasted on a pillar on the first floor, so it was very difficult to understand.By the way, it was the password for something that appeared in Buffalo.Breakfast is very average and there aren't that many side dishes. There was only one piece of salted fish. The bathroom can be locked, so if the person who was in the bathroom first locked the door, you wouldn't be able to get in, which was a problem. The hot spring itself was very nice, but you should bring your own rinse-in shampoo as it can make your hair greasy. There was a hot drink bar in the living room, but there were no cold drinks, so I think it would be convenient to have one if you are not allowed to bring your own. There were also candy and pickled plums, but the candy was melting into a mush, so I guess the pickled plums were homemade? However, I didn't eat it because I was worried about hygiene since it was still in the bottle. Also, there is an air conditioner there, but it's not on so it's very hot.Actually, it's really hot inside the building, so if you don't hurry back to your room after taking a bath, you'll end up sweating again. The rooms, washrooms, toilets, and other facilities have been newly changed to contactless specifications, so they are clean. The smoking area was outsideI was told that I could use the outside water supply and clothesline, but the washing machine would cost extra. An additional 200 yen per person will be charged as electricity and heating fee.

Although Kumomi Onsen is far away, it is a wonderful place. The lady at the hostel was very cheerful and the food was delicious. Although it wasn't particularly fancy, each piece was delicious and the barracuda sweet and sour sauce served for dinner was a bit of a shock. It was so delicious that it couldn't be compared to any barracuda I've ever eaten. I also had an additional dish of boiled kinme, which was also delicious and very satisfying. Although it is far away, I would like to go there again.

The lighting in the room is voice-recognized and the communal toilet is fully automatic and uses the latest home appliances, but the doors and other parts are poorly constructed and the noise from other rooms can be heard quite a bit.The food was delicious, but average for this area.

Visited as a motorcycle touring destination and accommodationAlthough it is called a guesthouse, the service and facilities are of a high-quality ryokan. There are two baths that can be reserved for private use, including an open-air bath, which can be reserved for 40 minutes at night (30 minutes in the morning). All amenities are prepared, and you can pick up yukatas and other items from the shelf in front of the bath and wear them as you like. The plan that included Funamori Kinmedai simmered was 12,000 yen, but I think it's a bit expensive for Kumomi Onsen. However, the restrooms and facilities are clean and new, so it is recommended for families with children. The wife is a friendly person.I want to go with my wife next time.
